I when we walked in she sat me down and immediately started cutting my hair. She didn't even ask what I wanted or tell me what she wanted to do. I have had to cut my hair for the past few years and I'm obviously not amazing but it looked pretty good before I went in there. But while she was cutting my hair she started bashing my hair cut "whoever did your hair doesn't know how to cut hair but luckily I can" and things that. Especially how bad my layers were. She decided that I didn't look good with bangs and told me that they looked really bad and I needed to grow my hair out. Once she washed and cut my hair, I had seen how much she had cut off. She had thinned my hair out so much I looked like a wet dog. There was a bunch of hair on the top of my head and like almost none on the bottom. It looked absolutely horrible. Once she started styling my hair to be curly, she started giving me tips on how to do my hair, which was absolutely horrible and wrong, she started telling me I needed to finger my curls a certain way so they were "looser". She even was criticizing how I did my hair when I came in. Because my curls didn't look good with my face shape. I literally almost tarted crying but I thought she would actually cut my hair good and give me good advice. Once I got home I started sobbing. My hair looked horrible. She cannot cut curly hair.
