I was told "that's not how refunds work" and that they had "been serving it all day," as if that ruled out any issue. The final person I spoke with was especially unprofessional. He was immediately aggressive, dismissive, and more interested in arguing than listening or taking the situation seriously. I usually go out of my way not to leave negative reviews because anyone can have a bad day. But the way this was handled from the immediate defensiveness, the lack of concern, and the dismissal of a pregnant woman getting sick was honestly alarming. The reaction almost felt rehearsed, which raises even more concern about how situations like this are handled or how often they encounter them. I would be very cautious ordering from here.
