I was told "that's not how refunds work" and that they had "been serving it all day," as if that ruled out any issue. The final person I spoke with was especially unprofessional. He was immediately aggressive, dismissive, and more interested in arguing than listening or taking the situation seriously. I usually go out of my way not to leave negative reviews because anyone can have a bad day. But the way this was handled from the immediate defensiveness, the lack of concern, and the dismissal of a pregnant woman getting sick was honestly alarming. I wish they at least had a description for each dish and maybe even a picture on the online menu. Or they should post a picture of the actual store menu on their website. People may have no idea what moo goo gai pan is (I don't!). Pretty disappointing. But we aren't local so we won't be back no matter what.

We ordered an appetizer and were also given two additional small plates since we were sharing this item. When we were done with the appetizer our specialty sushi plates were bought out and the same server left the three empty plates from the appetizers on the table instead of removing them.
