Duck on demand ! It's like the LI version of running to Chinatown in NYC when you're in the mood for delicious duck and don't want to spend outrageous money! Great price and great portion. The duck special also comes with a soup option. The peanuts were a tasty snack. The service was quick and there are a few tables if you want to dine in. I'd give this duck meal 2 thumbs up and a 4/5. I've been shopping at this supermarket for several years and have always found the staff to be generally pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, today I had an extremely upsetting and disrespectful experience. I recently became disabled due to an accident and was using my government-issued EBT/food benefits card (with $16.80 remaining for the month) to pay for my groceries, which totaled $18.82. I used the EBT card for $16.80 and attempted to pay the remaining $2.02 with another card. The cashier informed me that card payments under $10 are not allowed. I explained that I had no cash on me--I was aware of the store's $10 minimum for regular card transactions, which is why I kept my total above that amount--but I had no idea this policy also applied to the remaining balance after using EBT. No one had ever mentioned this to me, and there's no clear signage explaining it. After some discussion, I agreed to buy additional items to reach the $10 minimum for the second card payment. As I walked away to grab a few more things, I overheard the cashier say loudly to a coworker, "Can't even scrape together $2 and still has the nerve to come out shopping?" I heard it clearly, and it was deeply humiliating. A few points I'd like to make: 1. If your store has specific rules--like applying the $10 card minimum to the remaining balance after EBT--those details should be clearly communicated to customers through signage, staff training, or at the very least, explained when the situation arises. Policies shouldn't be sprung on people in a way that causes unnecessary inconvenience or embarrassment. 2. In 2025, very few people carry cash anymore. Most transactions are digital. Requiring cash for small amounts feels outdated and inconvenient, especially when it catches customers off guard. 3. Most importantly, employees should never mock or insult customers--especially over something as minor as not having exact change. Suggesting that someone without $2 "shouldn't even go out" is disrespectful, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable. Is this the kind of customer service that represents your company's values? I will be filing formal complaints through every available channel (including the corporate office, BBB, social media, and review sites) until this matter is addressed and I receive a proper response and apology. I would keep this entire supermarket a secret if I had no conscience. Their produce, fruit and vegetables... fresh and they have stuff I have to google! (To be honest, I research after I go home for next time). Seafood... You have to see it to believe it. I'll leave it at that. There is no question about how fresh this seafood is or the variety that is available. You're going to already be wow'ed, but moving to the aisle beyond here is a journey through a cultural supermarket that won't disappoint. Aisles of sauces and ramens, sweets and chips, drinks and juices. Every aisle is an adventure and then you hit the refrigerated/frozen section and the fun starts all over again. This supermarket is also (probably) the cleanest supermarket in this county even with the fresh shrimp jumping out of the cases (no joke). Truth be told, I had googled/tiktok'd a fair bit of the more specific parts of hot pot and asian ingredients, but everything was here! This place is amazing for anyone who loves these food journeys. Also want to note they have a whole cafeteria that offers everything from pastries to (very affordable) duck. This entire place is a goldmine. read more

I come to Super FL out of convenience and for their sale items. Buyer be aware ... the prices aren't always correct. Today I went to buy crab sticks that were supposed to be on sale for $4.99 but they rang up $5.99 instead. The cashier said to another cashier in Chinese, 'here's another one' ... not thinking I knew what she was saying. The cashier told me that this wasn't the one on sale. I showed the cashier the online cicular and even told her that there was a sign right on top of the crab sticks advertising the sale. Having previous worked in retail, I know that the customer should get the price that is advertised but the cashier had other cashiers come by to tell me that I got the wrong item. I told them that I didn't have the wrong item, it was the exact one advertised but they said the one on sale was blue not red. They then told me that the company printed the wrong picture. I told the cashiers, if you know the picture is wrong, then they should remove it. I'm not going to lie, I will return but I will be more conscious when looking at the prices. read more

This grocery has top notch produce and seafood.. A great selection of teas and other food and snack items. My gripe is with the patrons and workers at the seafood section. A few patrons jumped ahead by asking for the seafood item in the same language as the workers who obliged. I let the first one go but the second time they skipped over me, I said something. I don't think I will buy seafood from here again if the store manager and owner allow there workers to blatantly ignore non-Asian patrons. It feels very biased if not racist. read more

If you are a snack person (everyone has room for snacks), this supermarket has a lot of variety, especially Chinese brand chips. This a one of the largest Asian supermarket, it carries many Asian food items. As you enter there is a small bakery items, and a food court, large selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. It has a fresh seafood department and a fresh meat department. It gets very busy on weekends but check out moves very fast. Plenty of parking. read more

A friend told me about this supermarket which I finally got to visit...convenient for those who can't get into the city to shop in Chinatown or Flushing for groceries...of course prices are either comparable or slightly higher. They also have a food court if one wants to eat and shop. Very large parking lot and supermarket - where one can find most of their grocery needs. Easy to find items as the aisle are marked - just look up For those who go shopping a lot, know your prices before you shop. There are sales and prices for veggies may be higher or lower compared to competitor supermarkets... They have a pharmacy as well in the store...check for their hours. Super FL Market's food court had changed dramatically since covid. You can still get a limited amount of BBQ meats (duck, chicken, pork), and pre-made items from a steam tray ("3 items over rice"), but there's a new kid in town...Mom's Kitchen!! Mom's Kitchen offers Korean food! They have a nice variety of items to choose from. They even have my beloved Soon Tofu Soup! Looking forward to trying it on my next visit! (I had already purchased a roast duck before I noticed Mom's Kitchen, so didn't try any of their food on this visit). Prices for their BBQ meats have gone up significantly! - Half roast duck was $10.99...now $15 - Whole roast duck was $20.99...now $26! The roast duck I purchased on this visit was super fatty (yuke)! But once I reheated it and rendered off some of the fat, it was good. Super FL Market is still a wonderful addition to Long Island. I frequent this market often and am soooo thankful that I don't have to schlep into Flushing to go to the Asian Markets. Great selections; good prices on most (not all) items. I've been coming to this Asian supermarket since they first opened in 2017 and couldn't be happier. It's only 10 minutes away from me, they have a huge parking lot and carry almost everything plus they have a food court with a BBQ department. I usually come here for roast meats when I'm too lazy to cook. They carry all kinds of exotic fruits as well as fruits you can't get from your American supermarket like durian, lychee, longan, rambutan, jackfruit, dragon fruit and hachiya persimmons. They also have a fresh meat, seafood & veggie department, lots of different kinds of frozen goods, canned foods, variety of instant noodles, condiments, sauces, great selection of Asian (and American) snacks and more. Not to mention, the medicine counter where I get all my cold, cough & flu medicine (Coltalin) from. The prices are reasonable, staff are friendly and service is usually quick in and out except for the weekends. Save yourself a trip to Queens and come here instead. read more

I came here to check out the food court. I heard there's a really good Chinese restaurant unfortunately was closed but I didn't enjoy walking around very fresh fruit large selection very clean. This supermarket is fairly new. I was impressed by the size of the parking lot when I first arrived there. It shares a parking lot with a Chase Bank, which is convenient. The store is large compared to supermarkets in the Queens area. Very glad that there's another Chinese market on Long Island. There were many interesting products here and quite a lot of brands to choose from for each item. I like that they carry a lot of Korean and Japanese items too. There is large prepared food section. I like that there's roast pork, soy sauce chicken, etc here as well as dry hot pot and bakery breads. I was surprised to see a huge mountain of hot pot soup bases, slippers, live beta fish to purchase as pets, and plant pots. There is also a pharmacy inside. The service here wasn't great. There's a person at the front of the store doing temperature checks and making sure everyone that comes in puts on Purell. She was very rude. All of the checkout line ladies were very rude as well. My family went back into the store after reading our receipt which had one item scanned twice and all of the ladies shouted at us. Overall, this is a great supermarket. I have mixed feelings about this market. While the assortment is huge and varied, there's no rhyme or reason on how items are displayed or stocked. Similar category items can be located in two or three different aisles. Theres a food court and its good depending when you go. Fruits seem to be priced higher than other supermarkets. Assortment includes Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese,, Korean, Japanese and American foods. I think i saw some Philipino and Goya items too. Checkout is quick, cashiers work hard. They still give you plastic bags here, too. Unknown secret. Sometimes there are bags of fruits or veggies that are on the way out that are bagged for$1/bag. A huge and very clean chinese supermarket out in Long island. I went on a Friday afternoon during the Corona pandemic and there weren't any lines to get in. They have a lot of fruits and vegetables, as well as meats and seafood. We even got our hands on some bottles of hand sanitizer. It's not purell but during this crazy time, you get whatever you can. This is a review on the food at the food court. Clean, ample seating. Great food for the area. Not many places around Long Island that offer this type of food. I got the roasted pork noodle soup and my friend got the roasted duck noodle soup. Both were delicious. They also have combo options. There is a staton with utensils and condiments like sriracha. Prices are decent, good for a quick meal - but as other reviewers have said, a little more expensive for the same thing in Flushing. I would gladly pay more to save me some travel time! Everything seemed extremely pricey. I'd rather take the trip into flushing even though its about 15 minutes further each way. If price is no object, its pretty clean and large. I was excited for the hot food section until I saw the price has skyrocketed to $11. That is almost double the last price I've seen in flushing for the same style 3 choice and soup. Impressive Asian market! I just happened to stopped at the McDonald's next door for breakfast and noticed this former King Kellen supermarket has turned over. Surprised! It's more then a typical Asian supermarket. There are small appliances and items that are not easily found in Asian supermarket near me in Queens. Checkout the crazy favors in the potato chips! They also have an extensive food court. Prices are a little higher Queens markets but worth the convenience for Long Island folks. Plenty of parking. Definitely worth a visit. read more

Fantastic Asian grocery store! They have a large selection of different types of vegetables, meats, frozen goods and everything you would look in a supermarket. It's incredibly well organized and very clean. They also have weekly deals for different items so make sure to check those out to get your groceries for an even cheaper price! This supermarket has its own parking lot and lots of spaces so you'd never have to wait. They aren't crowded inside either so it's very easy to navigate through the aisles with your cart compared to smaller supermaThey also have a discount if you pay in cash but that might be only for memberships. They recently opened up a food court here which has typical Chinese take out foods but is convenient when you're shopping for groceries late and just need a quick bite. They have a variety of choices served with rice and soup, noodles, dim sum, cold appetizers, and barbecued meats! One of the best Asian supermarket in Nassau. There is a food court within the supermarket in case you get hungry while shopping hehe ;) They have a good selection for a good price. We are able to always find everything we need here. The aisles are pretty organized, well-stocked, and spacious. It is easy to look for items on our grocery list. They take credit cards. Ample parking spots! Long line for check-out, but they have enough cash registers, so the line moves fast. 4 stars for a very well stocked and pretty clean store. Our visit was solely to purchase some of the ducks and pork(char sui) they also have smoked chickens and pig. The whole duck runs around 24 dollars... well worth it since a frozen duck is about 10 dollars less at Costco, but then needs to be cooked and prepared. I have trouble with one aspect of these markets and it's the deplorable way that the live fish and frogs/crabs are maintained... 新飛龍超市。 I was in the neighborhood and gave it a try. Always wonder how's the food court. Overall impressive was clean and roomy, unlike Queens supermarkets' narrow aisles. It's very comfortable to shop there. Great variety of chinese goods also for sale including paintings, silk flowers, vases, stools, chinese decorations etc. Down side is it's more expensive. 9 out of 10 fresh produce I saw were pricier than Flushings Market. I totally understand it's not a fair comparison due to different locations. But for next time, I would wait to get back to my Queens home before grocery shopping. For the food court, I went on a Sunday 5 pm. There are 3-4 of eateries opened. Not busy at home. They have roasted pork ( chai Siu ) and roasted pig sold by lb. 3 dishes plus one soup for $6.99 plus tax. Hot pot which they boil it for you after you pick the ingredients by lb. Place looks clean. Comfortable seating but again, it's not busy. I didn't try the food court myself. Dishes look fresh behind the counter. For neighborhood Long Island residents, this supermarket has made life easier if you want Asian grocery. Price is higher but I can reason it. read more

I was waiting for the food court here to open for a while and I was happy to see other people on Yelp report that it's open now. Yay. Like many others I usually trek out to Flushing or other parts of Queens if I want good, cheap, real Chinese food. The idea that it could be accessible so close to home is pretty foreign. So I kept my expectations low. The supermarket itself seems pretty huge and has a lot of stuff. I came here last Saturday around 7:30 and the food court seemed fairly dead compared to something like the New World Mall food court in Flushing. I guess that makes sense considering it's Long Island. There didn't seem to be that much stuff put out for display and the bbq meat section was pretty empty. I had to ask the lady if they still had bbq pork, which they did. The lady at the counter was really nice and answered my questions, which was great. So I ended up getting half a pound of bbq pork ($5.28) and an order of wonton noodle soup ($6.49). Total came out to $12.78. Prices seemed pretty in line with Flushing food court prices, which was good to see. The bbq pork did not look as red as char siu usually is (not sure if it's because they didn't add food coloring or something) but I have to say it tasted pretty good. It wasn't warm or hot off the press, but it was fairly solid and I was happy. The wonton noodle soup was interesting because it had cabbage in it, and way too much for that matter, lol. The skin of the wontons was thicker than I'm used to, but was still pleasant. The soup base kind of looked like it came from a ramen packet, but I still found it to be pretty satisfying. They actually put a good amount of egg noodles in the bowl, so I was happy with the quantity. I was actually quite satisfied with my meal and left pretty happy. I spent about as much as I would in Flushing, but didn't have to deal with going there. The quality definitely wasn't as good, but I'll take it as a Long Islander. I feel like some of my Chinese friends would probably not be satisfied with the quality, but I was. That might change depending on how it goes in future trips. This is a two-part review: one of the Jericho Turnpike Food Court (that is situated within the supermarket) & the supermarket itself, FL Super Mart. The former is a cafeteria style, steam tray, no frills place where you pick your soup or protein & then either two& three sides to add to round out your meal. The food there is very good. The second part is the market itself, which is huge, very well stocked, has a wide diversity of products (SO many types of Asian veggies, meats, fish, seafood, sauces, you-name-it) to choose from. COVID protocol is being followed, from mask-wearing to distancing to products being pre-packed in-store...which unfortunately forces customers to purchase quantities larger than they/we might like). Buyer Beware! Mom bought several jars of XO sauce at a good price because it was on sale. Unfortunately after we got home she discovered that she had grabbed 2 jars that were spicy. We went back the following Saturday with the receipt and they refused to let us exchange them for the non-spicy version of the exact same brand. We asked for the manager but the cashier said there wasn't one! We walked out with the spicy jars in hand and will no longer be going to this store. read more

When I was younger I ate hot dogs...that was about it. My parents tell me tales of having to leave restaurants because it wasn't on the menu (Ground Round to the rescue!). But today, in the present, I've come a long way because I never would've thought I'd be shopping in an awesome Asian food store like Super FL Mart. I've been in this supermarket (no mild pun intended) twice and have found some great stuff not located in your average Shoprite or King Kullen. They have the basics too, but beyond this you'll find aisles of items that might only be stumbled upon in Chinatown or Flushing. Case in point: mochi and dumplings, two Asian food items that I (and my girlfriend) have recently (and strongly) adopted. The selections are superb albeit a little overwhelming on just what brand to get. This dilemma can be blanketed over several sections of Super FL because if you're not familiar with anything, it'll be a little bit of a guessing game as to what's gonna taste the best. My most recent trip had me staring down bottles of chili oil to find one that was gonna deliver me some spice (though not blow my mouth off). In turn, the staff at Super FL seemed few and far between (honestly, like a lot of food stores) with no one to necessarily ask for assistance in what was best to buy. Sure, in the end it's all about personal preference, but just one "Need any help?" would've been nice. Even so, I do love how many unique foods can be found here, much more than H-Mart. A few months ago I got a gift of sriracha popcorn and chips from a student who bought them out of state. I went hunting at a nearby H-Mart, but alas, no such luck. Super FL? Well-stocked in both spicy snacks. My taste buds are saved! (That depends on how you look at it). Overall, Super FL Mart is a massively different market that is worth checking out for anything in the realm of Asian cuisine. Yeah, it can be confusing and even a tad off-putting at times walking through aisles of things you might have never heard of, but my curiosity and newfound love for several items will keep me coming back for more. With three different ways to enter the parking lot, if you missed your initial turn, like I did, it's very easy to find your way in. The parking lot is huge so you won't be fighting for spots. Outside they have pots/plant vases and other knickknacks mostly made in China. I went during the height of the pandemic on a rainy day, thinking the rain would deter customers. Boy was I wrong! There was a line to get in, and they offered gloves to customers as they walked in. It is good to know they are looking out for their customers. They have their own flyer which can be found on their Facebook page. The fruits and produce selections are fresh. It is organized well to locate what you are shopping for. This market is very clean with long aisles adorned with small red mini lanterns and red tassels. It's a good alternative to chains like Hmart and Great Wall supermarket which dominate the Asian grocery industry. What makes Super FL Mart unique is how they remind me of a typical Flushing or Chinatown grocery. They have a food court section present too. I was not able to sample anything from there as it was closed during the pandemic in early March. But seeing their signs and menu ( roast pork, noodles, fried rices, sushi to name a few) reminds me of places I used to visit growing up. The butcher section is large, but because of the pandemic panicked customers, many items were low on stock. I was lucky enough to get the remaining 2lbs of ground pork that day. Some families even had two full shopping carts filled. I found a great selection of rice (from jasmine rice, to black or purple rice, they have it all). I also like their selection of sauces and snacks. Rows and rows of different cooking wines and soy sauces make my face light up. They carry some items that I have not seen in a while at the other supermarkets I visit. Just be careful with buying ceramic wares. I picked up some cute spoons, which I thought I had checked thoroughly for cracks/chipped surfaces but one did have a chip on the front side so I had to throw it out. read more
