I love my olive green jacket, it's comfy and keeps me warm when I'm in winter weather. So, when it was due for me to get it cleaned, I visited this dry cleaner. I dropped my jacket off (January 4th) and was told by the staff that it be ready by tomorrow (January 5th, at 5pm). I paid $7 to get my jacket cleaned. When it was time to pick up my jacket, I was happy to see my olive green jacket wrapped in plastic on two hangers. Thinking that they had cleaned it and made it smell very fresh. However, i'm finding out now that my jacket wasn't even cleaned. It smells dirtier than before, and a few stains are still on it. There are some parts of the jacket that smells fresh, but the other parts of where it smells musty. Gross. I'm disappointed knowing that my jacket wasn't cleaned properly. Things to change for the better: -if I paid for my clothing to be cleaned, do exactly of what I paid and clean my garments -remove any old dirt, sweat, and bad scent when cleaning However, the staff was pretty friendly. Although, it's pretty unfortunate since this location is very convenient for me and the price is affordable, however, I won't be returning. read more

I took my dark black suit pants to be dry cleaned. They are now covered in white stripes. Even though I showed the manager the receipt, she accused me of lying and said this wasn't their fault. She is rude and very unprofessional. It's not just that she ruined my pants, she also attacked me verbally. Stay away from this place! read more

Only went here because I needed something dried clean right away or I would wouldn't have all. First off, their sign in front says $1.49 cleaners but on their building it says $1.79. Not a big difference but it's the principle here and how misleading it can be for someone who dry cleans often. Then there is a mysterious "Env re" charge of 35¢ that is unexplained and undisclosed until you pay. Avoid if you can. read more

I've been using this dry cleaners for about a year or so since I started my new job. The location is super convenient, the prices are great, and anything you drop off is usually ready the next day. However, I noticed that each time I take my clothes here, they come back smelling worse after each visit. So I decided to try a new cleaners closer to my job recently and they were shocked to see how amazed I was that my clothes actually smelled clean. One of the workers at the new place then told me that a lot of dry cleaners will press, but NOT clean the clothes in order to cut costs, while still charging you the same price. I'm pretty sure that's what they're doing at Super Dry Clean Center, so if you want to look sharp, but smell like B.O., by all means, keep coming here. Long story short, this place is cutting corners and delivering substandard service. I'd much rather pay a little extra or wait a little longer to ACTUALLY have my clothes cleaned. Extremely bad service I should of read the reviews before coming. I brought a dress to get alterations and dry cleaned I came back 3 days later as scheduled for pick up and it wasn't ready. They said the lady who does alterations had not been by to pick up the items from them. I went back 2 days later and again it wasn't ready. I called today to ask if it was ready and now they are telling me the alterations were complete but that there was an iron mark on my dress and they did not want to dry clean it ... I drove over to see the problem with the dress and a rude lady immediately gets defensive I didn't even have to confirm my phone number or name she knew exactly what dress I was coming for when I told her I was coming to check on my dress they had told me over the phone that there was an iron mark on it, immediately she said that the dress was like that when I bought it, first of all when I brought it in I went over the dress with the lady who helped me since I had to show her where the alterations were needed and they were no heat marks on it, common sense you do not iron this type of dress. The rude customer service was uncalled for, this lady stated she had seen the heat marks on the dress the day after I brought it in, if so why wasn't I told on any of the 2 occasions I came by for the dress... Own up to your mistakes. I don't know where the damage was done since the clothing leaves there premises for alterations. Next time I will take my service to A+Alterations which is only a block away and they complete their job as promised and the ladies there are always so sweet and work with you if you need items sooner. read more

I have been a repeat customer at Dry Clean Super Center located at 11202 Scarsdale (between I-45 and Beamer Road) Houston 77089 for over a decade now and never experienced any problems until today. I turned in an alpaca sweater to be cleaned and received it back with body odor in the armpit area. It obviously had not been cleaned; so I returned it and asked for them to please wash it. Today when I received it back again, it still had the same smell and obviously had not been cleaned. The clerk at the counter went to get the manager on duty. The manager came to me and was immediately defensive thinking I was upset about the little hairs extending from the sweater and she didnt know why it looked like the sweater was coming apart. Understanding that it is an alpaca sweater, I told her that was not a problem, but the smell in the armpit area was. She swore she had cleaned it twice but refused to smell the armpit area of the sweater, because she didn't want to smell my body odor. I reasoned with her that if it was clean, then there would be no body odor smell to the sweater. After arguing a few minutes, she agreed if I would smell her armpit then she would smell the sweater. Ridiculous as it sounds, we exchanged sniffs, and 3 times she agreed that the sweater stunk, but that it was my fault to have such bad body odor LOL. I told her it was new and had only been worn once and asked her for a refund, so I could take the sweater somewhere else to be cleaned. She flat-out denied me and refused. Upon further argument, she eventually said that she would hand wash it, but it would be my fault if the sweater fell apart. I told her since she was not customer friendly and was lying about it being cleaned that I did not trust her and was concerned at that point that she would ruin the sweater intentionally out of malice if I were to leave it with her a third time. I again ask for a refund and she again refused. My cost to clean the sweater was less than five bucks, and it is absurd that she had not cleaned it and was unwilling to refund the money I had paid. I ordered a beautiful blue dress for an important event this weekend. It was perfect but too long so I left it for alterations at this cleaners on Scarsdale. I dropped it off ONE day after I received it Brand new, never been worn with tags. I picked up dress brought it home and took a look at hem and it looked uneven. I decided to try on and removed from plastic bag to discover it had the most repulsive stench of body odor that no one I mean no one should ever ever have! I immediately returned to the cleaners visibly upset and told the owner someone obviously wore my dress. His response- no mam nobody would wear your dress!! Well sir this dress was brand new with tags now there are stains in underarms and the dress smells horrific!! How could you put this dress in plastic, let me pay for it and take it home?!!! We went back and forth and the owner and his wife took absolutely no responsibility or accountability. I was told the dress was not a brand new dress even though it was in the Macy's packaging with tags!! The owner agreed to clean it again. So I picked up dress and he magically was able to get stench out on one side but it still smells. It looks like they washed the dress in a spin cycle few times, was wrinkled, Seams pulled and needless to say it's trash and ruined!! I'm going to make sure I'm reimbursed for dress but I want to make sure I put this out there. Do NOT ever use this cleaners!!
