I can tell it's a family run business, and it takes a good hearted family to make a business run smoothly. Time and time and again, Bay Oaks comes through and delivers excellent service. I've been to many Dry Cleaner services, and I will never leave this one at Bay Oaks. If there were enough words to express my gratitude, I'd be here for weeks on in saying "thank you" over and over.....lol. Thanks again for the great service, and God Bless. "Holding my clothes hostage!" Apparently once you drop your…read moreclothes off here, they belong to the dry cleaner now. Dropped mine off Tuesday afternoon (didn't know they don't clean on Wednesdays ), and when I asked for them back uncleaned, they refused! The girl at the counter said she "can't touch them," gave me a fake manager number (it's just the store), and told me to come back tomorrow -- after we leave town. So now my clothes are being held hostage overnight. Absolutely ridiculous and zero customer service.

I took several clothes to a listed dry cleaner. Upon inspecting them, I noticed that my wife's…read moresweater had pink stains. I informed the clerk at the location about the stains, and they assured me that the sweater would be cleaned free of charge. When I returned to pick up the sweater, I found that it had been further damaged. The color was uneven, suggesting they had used bleach or some other chemical to remove the stain. I explained to the clerk that the sweater was now damaged. The clerk claimed the stain was caused by perfume and denied responsibility for the damage. I informed them that my wife does not use perfume due to her sensitive skin and allergies, but the clerk still refused to accept responsibility. I am extremely upset by their poor customer service and refusal to acknowledge their negligence.

I will admit that I am the worst when it comes to dry cleaning. I had a wedding coming up where I…read moreneeded a couple suits dry cleaned, and since I work in this general area I thought I would stop by this spot that was highly reviewed on Google The spot is sort of new and inviting from the exterior. Everything is clean. There's big signage, plenty of windows, and a drive-thru I walked in and the main attendant was helping someone in the drive-thru, but it took them no time before finishing with them and helping me. This individual was very efficient. He looked at my articles of clothing, repeated back the types and counts, put the in the back, and gave me a ticket and interactions that they would be ready by 5pm the next day. I returned to pick up my clothes and it was the same individual. He took my ticket, went to the back, and was back in minutes (or less). Again, he went over the articles with me. They were nicely pressed, in plastic, and looked sharp. I was astonished to find that for 2 suits (2 blazers and two pairs of pants) plus two other dress shirts the price was around $22. I'm no expert on dry cleaning value, but this feels like a steal I had a great experience here, and I will definitely be back with more items soon Some tips: I would take a picture of your ticket just in case you lose it or damage it. You don't want any issue when picking up your items Cheers!!
