Easy system that will give you bonuses for spending certain amounts. These machines will allow you to run longer cycles and pay upfront unlike other similar places that just have 1 setting and force you to have to return every 20 mins or so to pay and start another cycle. Highly recommend if it's near you and you find yourself needing to wash larger items like us!

It is located next to a gas station. Parking is limited, but there are a few extra spaces on the side of the building. To use the machines, you'll need to purchase a card and load money onto it. The card is $1 and can be purchased at the kiosk. You can also use the kiosk to add funds to the card. If you need assistance, there are employees at the counter. They were young, but very polite and helpful. The counter area also had laundry supplies for sale. The heavy duty washers ranged from $8-9. Some of the washers are tall so pouring detergent, fabric softener, etc. into the compartment may be difficult if you're short. I didn't realize it until after the fact, but they have step ladders that you can use if you need a boost. The employees were using them to clean the tops of the machines. They have lots of rolling carts which came in handy. They even had some laundry baskets for customer use. The laundromat is quite spacious and there's plenty of seating. They offer free water and have vending machines too (or you can grab a snack at the convenient store next door). If you need the WiFi password, just ask one of the employees. I noticed a TV in the middle of the room, but it was muted. There's also a few video poker machines. The name says it all. Spotless Washateria is truly spotless. Employees were cleaning machines, mopping floors, wiping down the folding tables, etc. on a regular basis. I'll definitely return the next time I need to do heavy duty laundry.

I'll be filing a formal complaint with the BBB. Again, if you do NOT like your job or want to assist the Hispanic customers such as myself then quit!! Also, fix the washing machines that cost 1.75 as NOT all of them are working or functional for weeks now. She was very friendly and welcoming towards an older WHITE lady today (09/14/26) around 8:30AM check your cameras. Yet, when I asked for help with a washing machine she rolled her eyes and was huffing and puffing because she had to walk away from her laptop to get up and help me a Hispanic woman and PAYING customer. She needs customer service training and again why do they keep this rude unprofessional person working here when Seabrook is a friendly area. The woman who works here should probably quit. She's very rude and seems unhappy to be here. She has several tattoos and specifically one on her hand. This woman is not friendly or welcoming. When I asked to exchange my dimes and nickles into quarters she gave me attitude and said I have enough change and maybe can give you 2 dollars in quarters. Um this is a Laundromat and you should have change for the paying customers. Um no customers then you RUDE woman will not have a job!!! First and last time here and taking my money and service somewhere else. If you hate your job that much then quit and I'm sure someone else who is nicer will take your job!! I got here at about 10:30 am and there were a few people but not too many as to take all the machines. Bottom line, I got about 10 home loads done between just two washers and dryers. WINNER!
