I dropped my jacket off (January 4th) and was told by the staff that it be ready by tomorrow (January 5th, at 5pm). I paid $7 to get my jacket cleaned. When it was time to pick up my jacket, I was happy to see my olive green jacket wrapped in plastic on two hangers. Thinking that they had cleaned it and made it smell very fresh. However, i'm finding out now that my jacket wasn't even cleaned. It smells dirtier than before, and a few stains are still on it. There are some parts of the jacket that smells fresh, but the other parts of where it smells musty. Gross. I'm disappointed knowing that my jacket wasn't cleaned properly. Things to change for the better: -if I paid for my clothing to be cleaned, do exactly of what I paid and clean my garments -remove any old dirt, sweat, and bad scent when cleaning However, the staff was pretty friendly.
