I started going to TC Quality Cleaners because my good Yelp elite friend (and coworker) David W has been using them for many, many years. So I started using them for many years. But today, I got back home and found a huge stain (see pic) on my brand new jeans that I have not yet even worn! :( How could they miss this stain that they added to my brand new unworn jeans?!?! :( I would go back to the cleaners now but they close soon. I'm currently trying to get the stain out myself. If the stain comes out, then I will delete this review. If the stain does not come out, I'm returning to the cleaners to see if they can get the stain out. If they get the stain out, then I will update the review and up the stars. Update (Aug 13, 2023): I had gone back to TC Quality Cleaners the next day after calling the day I picked up my ruined jeans. After pointing out all the stains they added, they replied that I should have washed the brand new jeans instead of dry-cleaning. They also said that brand new, colored jeans have some sort of oil on them and should not be dry-cleaned. I would have felt better with a simple apology for not noticing they added dark spots, instead of pointing the finger back at me. They took the jeans and told me to come back 3 days later. When I returned, most of the dark black spots were not that noticeable anymore. They were very faded. But I also noticed some newer faded spots were added. The jeans do look a little bit better in certain lighting. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. There is nothing quality about this place. Brought in 7 items as a first time customer and won't be returning. Charged me $30 and still left stains on one of my shirts and created black stains all over the top and back of one dress. Brought the dress in with no stains and left with it looking like a mess. Asked for a refund because they argued they didn't create this although I went over each item with the man when I dropped off and at no time was this stain on it, they refuse to refund and only stated they would try to get it out. Don't feel comfortable leaving it as the lady and man were rather rude about the situation and instead now have to take it somewhere else. DON'T BOTHER COMING HERE! read more

This is a good, small business in the area. I've used a few times and had no problem (other than once they had to look hard for my cleaned clothes...they were there, something just didn't go right with the ticket). Good prices, $2 per item, as low as $1.50 for dress shirts I think. The location is at a busy intersection (El Camino / Egret Bay and NASA Parkway. There's a left turn lane to get into the parking lot off Egret Bay with reserved spots for their business. You can also enter off of NASA Parkway just east of El Camino. The hours are really good, they open early and don't close until 7:00. Works really well for the working man who may need to stay at work late. I'll continue to use this place. read more

Fantastic work! I took my wedding dress, a christening gown and a first communion gown in for cleaning. They all had some mysterious stain that was possibly mold. My husband takes his shirts here to be pressed and lightly starched whenever he doesn't have time but needs them to look sharp. Every once in awhile, something unexpected happens and he asks me to take them in for him. This is THE only place he'll go because, when we first relocated here from Oregon, he wanted a place that didn't send stuff out so they could provide a quick turn around and this was the only one around. After we moved from the apartment near Egret Bay to a home 20 minutes away from this cleaner, I asked him if I could just take his shirts to a place closer to home. I've been taking my clothes here for a little over 2 years now. They have always done a great job but recently their service has gone downhill. I took several dress shirts in and requested them on a specific day and they were not finished. I was flying out of town on business and needed the shirts. They were able to clean one shirt while I waited. The last time I went in they charged my card $63 for $12 worth of cleaning. I didn't realize it until I received a text message from my bank. I am reviewing TC Cleaner on Egret Bay in Nassau Bay/Webster. They are under new management and they suck. They raised their prices by over 20% and refused to honor the pricing posted in their window! I HAD used them for 20 years, but the new owners blew it. When I went to pick up my cleaning and pointed out that they had over charged me they denied it. When confronted with the verbiage in the window, "$1.99 FOR ANY GARMENT" and "$1.49 for MEN'S [laundered] SHIRTS" they said that they meant to take it down and refused to issue me a credit. AFTER I lost my temper and called her an effing crook, she threw a $10 bill on the counter. I told her I didn't want her money and that they'd lost a customer. I joined Yelp to post a review about this dry cleaner because they are PHENOMENAL. They have some of the best customer service that I have seen. To provide a little background, I've been using this cleaner for a year. I send my and my husband's clothes there about once every 2 months so I've only been to this cleaner a handful of times. They will usually ask you for your name and phone number but the last couple of times I have been, they do not ask, because they remember me. They also remember exactly how I like my clothes dry cleaned/pressed. The most impressive thing about TC Quality Cleaner (and they reason I decided to write a review) is the fact that last week I pulled up in front of the store to pick up my clothes and by the time I entered the store, they were bringing my clothes to me. They recognized my car (and me) and went to go grab my clothes. I can't express how much that is appreciated and how wonderful this dry cleaner is. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. $700$ gone! Untrustworthy. Spoke to owner on the phone., who has a lack of communication skills to let her know I was out of country and will be there to pick up my clothes. At the time of the phone call I was rushed off the phone "come in,come in". One month later I get back to Texas and my clothes are gone. Small item no big deal. $700 suit pants that's a problem. They say they tried to call me. I never got a voice mail, and I reached out to them. As soon as I walked in to talk the owner she avoids me and put me on to someone else because she knew who I was and knew she fucked up. All they say is sorry we can't help you... no form of reimbursement or working with me. Bad business. Karma happens. I hope some one sees this and can save you a $700 or more problem in the future. Loved this place--good prices, family owned, personable. Then one dress shirt had button missing. Sh*t happens, right? Then 2 more. Both worn once. Dillard's store brand--not outrageously expensive but not cheaply made junk. Final straw was brand new shirt with button missing and lab coat with cracked button on same day when went to put it on. Never tagged items or offered to fix. $30 limit on damaged items which was half the cost of replacement. No can do. YMMV but I am done. read more

I would not recommend this cleaner. If you want your shirts laundry with stained collars this is the cleaner to use. I was told the stain could not be removed. However I had no problems removing the stain from the shirts with a normal washing. I gave them another chance and again the shirts were pressed with stains in the collars. More importantly the customer service is horrible as well. read more
