Update (Aug 13, 2023): I had gone back to TC Quality Cleaners the next day after calling the day I picked up my ruined jeans. After pointing out all the stains they added, they replied that I should have washed the brand new jeans instead of dry-cleaning. They also said that brand new, colored jeans have some sort of oil on them and should not be dry-cleaned. I would have felt better with a simple apology for not noticing they added dark spots, instead of pointing the finger back at me. They took the jeans and told me to come back 3 days later. When I returned, most of the dark black spots were not that noticeable anymore. They were very faded. But I also noticed some newer faded spots were added. The jeans do look a little bit better in certain lighting.
