But today, I got back home and found a huge stain (see pic) on my brand new jeans that I have not yet even worn! :( How could they miss this stain that they added to my brand new unworn jeans?!?! :( I would go back to the cleaners now but they close soon. I'm currently trying to get the stain out myself. If the stain comes out, then I will delete this review. If the stain does not come out, I'm returning to the cleaners to see if they can get the stain out. If they get the stain out, then I will update the review and up the stars. Update (Aug 13, 2023): I had gone back to TC Quality Cleaners the next day after calling the day I picked up my ruined jeans. After pointing out all the stains they added, they replied that I should have washed the brand new jeans instead of dry-cleaning. They also said that brand new, colored jeans have some sort of oil on them and should not be dry-cleaned. I would have felt better with a simple apology for not noticing they added dark spots, instead of pointing the finger back at me. They took the jeans and told me to come back 3 days later. When I returned, most of the dark black spots were not that noticeable anymore. They were very faded. But I also noticed some newer faded spots were added. The jeans do look a little bit better in certain lighting.

The ladies here are very nice, and know me by name. When I walk in, they automatically get my shirts without me saying my name or giving them my ticket. They seem to keep pretty busy, as they have a TON of clothes going in and out. The owners are also very sweet. Their prices seem to be about average with other cleaners, but this place is awesome. I would definitely recommend Bay Area Cleaners to anyone in the area. I just wish they had some sort of a VIP or Frequent Customer program to help save some money.

The guy at the shop didn't say anything about any issues with cleaning the clothes nor were there any notes attached to any of my garments explaining that there was something that couldn't be cleaned. The clothes were visibly dirty (like marks all over the place), not starched or pressed. For $35 they could have at least ironed them.
