At night, this area could feel a little sketchy but if you keep to yourself, no one will really bother you. They also have an option to pay for your wash digitally so you can see how much time is left on your wash and the machine locks once it starts washing/drying your clothes. You need approximately 30 minutes per washer and dryer. Don't do what I did and think 5 minutes of drying time was enough for a load of clothes. Just pay for 30 minutes of dry time so you're not stuck paying every 10 minutes. There is no bathroom in the facility but there is staff on hand for security/assistance and you can also convert your cash to coins. Parking: plaza parking Recommendations: Pay by phone so you can see how much time you have left on your wash and I could see the pin ball machine being awesome to play in the summer since it blows cool air when you play it.

When I confronted the woman about it, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility or offering to fix it, she asked me "What do you want me to do about it?" She claimed she "didn't check" the jacket and said I had no proof, then tried to accuse me of already knowing about the tear -- which is absolutely false. The jacket was returned on a hanger, wrapped in plastic, and the tear was the first thing I saw when I flipped it over. To make it even worse, she tried to charge me $10 for a few stitches on damage that happened while the jacket was in their care. That is completely unacceptable. Damaging a customer's clothing and then trying to make the customer pay to fix it is outrageous. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service here is unbelievable. The attitude was arrogant, as if they're the only dry cleaner in Las Vegas. They are not. Save your money, save your clothes, and go anywhere else.

I first brought in two pairs of jeans and a pair of cashmere lounge pants -- and they did such an excellent job that I've been back multiple times since. They've added elastic to the sleeves of a very expensive winter coat, hemmed several pairs of slacks and jeans, and taken in both the legs and waistbands of other pants. They would chat with her, share stories about life and family and notably made her feel happy, she looked forward to their arrival. I work in healthcare and depart before getting to see them in the early hours of the morning. In June 2026, my mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly in the hospital. That following week as I was fumbling through my days and life the team arrived to clean our home. I had ran an errand, and when I returned, the ladies were busy doing their tasks. I came into the kitchen and the woman that my mother was so fond of specifically took one look at me, and I her, and we both began to cry. We hugged and shared our grief for a few moments. It was notable for me on so many levels. She understood and truly felt my pain and loss, and I too saw her sincerity and heart. Not only has this amazing team and company tended to our home for many years now, with love and kindness, they have become a valued part of our life. They touch and are present with all that is around our world. They are irreplaceable to me. I realized that they not only tend to our homes and make life a bit sweeter for us, but they have an investment with those of us they see regularly. How lucky am I to have found this amazing company. I loved working with them and they made the process so smooth. I wanted to add custom off-the-shoulder sleeves using some of the sparkly tulle cut from the length, and they came out perfect. The bustle was also perfect and they ensured that I knew how to bustle it for the day of, and ensured I took a video so I could show my planner. My husband and his groomsmen got custom suits from Gaetano, but they also use A-Z Alterations! They knew we were both going there so they made sure our fittings weren't on the same day and that I didn't cross paths with my husband or the groomsmen. I know the groomsmen had great experiences as well. A few of them had issues with their pants' length at the second fitting but it was promptly fixed and they looked perfect on the day of. My in-laws and my brother also had their wedding attire altered here and everyone looked amazing! I've been to other alteration places where the customer service definitely lacked, but Stela was great to work with and stayed in constant communication. I've been back since our wedding to get other items altered. I think the prices are definitely fair for the quality and the reliability of their work, and they quote you prior to getting any work done so you know what to expect.

I moved all the way to the very back to fold my laundry to avoid dander getting on my freshly cleaned clothes, and the same woman followed back there. I politely explained my allergy and why I moved. She responded by screaming at me and calling me obscenities. I informed the employee on duty, who clearly did not care at all. To make things worse, a homeless man then came in with a dog and started yelling at the staff because he couldn't access the restroom without money on his card. This place desperately needs better management--and honestly, security. As a paying customer, there's a basic level of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism that should be expected. I won't be back.

Terrible experience and service! I just moved in the neighborhood, and I was looking for a new dry cleaner. I have brought them 5 items, and they have destroyed 2. They gave me back one dress and a top with white strains on it. I do not even know what it is, and neither does the manager. Is that even possible to be that much unqualified?! I went back in order to speak to a manager. There, I have been told to come back the next day. The next day, the manager was still not here, and I was told AGAIN to come back. No only did I lose 2 clothes, but I lose time too. Eventually, I have met the manager, and he told me that I could have another dress and top cleaned for free. After destroying my clothes, he was expecting me to give him more clothes. Furthermore, the manager was not even sorry. I have not heard any apologized, neither did I feel empathy. I would have appreciated at least some apologies and a gesture from him such as my money back. Save you money and time! See all the bad reviews. I am not the only one, unfortunately. I bet all the good reviews are made by friends and family. read more

I am writing this review to make you save your money and time. I have been stupid when I read all the bad reviews and ignored it. I thought this kind of event happens only to other, but clearly not! So my experience started with me and my husband moving in the neighborhood and looking for a new dry cleaner. I have given them a Zara jacket, and they simply destroyed it. They gave me back the jacket with strains on it. No refund has been offered, no compensation. Those people are unqualified. Save you money and time! See all the bad reviews. He even helped to fix a small hole in a shirt that I didn't notice was there at no charge (I tipped him of course). If you are looking for quality dry cleaning or alterations at a reasonable price, please give this man your business, you can truly tell he cares about his customers!

Every single visit comes with some kind of mistake. Always small. Always avoidable. Always something that requires extra time and follow-up that I don't have. Examples: * I brought in my husband's shirt specifically to have the tag and loose threads removed. I clearly explained this at drop-off. When I picked it up, they had only dry cleaned it. The actual request wasn't done at all. * Another time, I brought in a piece to have a zipper fixed and explicitly said do not dry clean it. They dry cleaned it anyway -- and then charged me for it. * I brought in a sweater with multiple visible spots. When I picked it up, several spots were still there. I pointed this out to the manager, who told me it would be re-done at no additional cost. When I came back? There was an additional charge. This is the pattern. You have to micromanage every single instruction or something gets missed, ignored, or changed -- and then you're the one paying for it, either in money or time. I don't have the bandwidth to triple-check basic requests or argue over charges that shouldn't exist. Mistakes happen, but when it's every time, it's a systems problem. I'm done using them and wouldn't recommend this place if you value your time or expect instructions to be followed the first time.

I also brought in a pair of cuffed jeans and I asked to have the cuff lowered because it was too thick and fit me like capris. I was told by the seamstress that my dress and the jeans would be ready on April19th. I came back on April 19th to pick up my dress and the jeans and was told by the woman seamstress "I didn't have time to do it because I had a lot of prom dresses to do." I was shocked and disappointed because I had trusted her to follow through on her committment. Again, I confirmed with her when I needed my dress and that I had purposely brought my dress in a 7 weeks prior to my needing it so she'd have enough time to do it without rushing and I had called prior to bringing my dress in and was told they needed a minimum of 3-weeks. She then told me to come back in 6 more days, and when I did, my dress still wasn't done but the jeans were; however, when she gave me the jeans she had done them wrong. She cut the entire cuff off and made them into capri jeans that were fraziled at the end and fit me at my mid-calf. She apologized, and then offered me $30 for my jeans, and then refunded me for the cost of the alterations of the jeans. She asked me to come back in 5 days for my wedding dress and I when I did, she had taken the dress in but had an inseam of 1" which looked horrible. Her son told me that they do that so that if I gain weight, I would have enough material to alter the dress to fit me. Well, at that point, I was within 2 weeks of getting married and had no plans on gaining weight. I told her that I didn't like the way it looked and showed her and her son a photo of what the seam was supposed to look like, and she said she would fix it and to come back in 4 days. When I came back I didn't try the dress on, I simply looked at the seams to see if they were like the photo I showed her, which is also what it looked like when I purchased the dress and brought it in to her. On the day of my wedding in the Dominican Republic, I couldn't find the bustle (finger loop) on the dress, so I asked the wedding coordinator and 2 other staff members at the hotel to see if they could find the finger loop and no one could find it because the seamstress had cut it off, shortened my train, and added another button, added a very small loop for the train to connect to the back of my dress, which left me with 2 buttons on the back of my dress with no finger loop. I immediately called the Catherine's Alterations and spoke to the woman who altered the dress and she asked me for my receipt, I told her that I'm in the Dominican Republic getting married in 1 hour and that she had removed my finger loop on the dress. She denied it and I could hear her son in the background telling her to tell me to send a photo, so I did that very moment. I got married, but I had to hold my dress on my forearm the entire evening because she had removed the finger loop. She had also altered the loop that connects to the dress and made it even smaller. They never responded to my texts even after I sent them the photos...basically they ignored me afterwards. This is truly sad because I genuinely liked them and talked to the seamstress' son about people giving bad reviews when it wasn't called for and we both agreed that it's best to work with customers to see if the issue can be fixed; yet, they ignore me with this issue. Please note, I did not call yelling, screaming, demanding, or angry. I was hurt and was trying not to cry. I am very disappointed that they have chosen to ignore me and not try to fix what the seamstress destroyed. This was my wedding day and she put prom dresses over a wedding dress for 3 weeks. While proms are important, a wedding dress is as well. I offered to bring my dress in to show them that the finger loop was missing upon my return to Las Vegas, but they have chosen to ignore me in hopes that I would let it go. I spent $400 to have her alter my dress to fit me and she changed it so I had to carry the dress on my forearm during my reception. I do have photos and would be more than willing to share them if anyone wants to see them. I have a business of my own, and I would never ignore one of my customers especially when they are presenting a problem to me that I caused and one that was very meaningful to that customer. Lastly, I hesitated for over a week to write this review because I had just got back to Las Vegas after my honeymoon and was hopeful that they would call me, but they never did. Sad, but true.
