Called from New Orleans a month prior asking about same day service steaming. I was needing my wedding dress steamed & they assured us that they do it & we would be able to wait for it if we wanted. Would only take 30 mins. Arrive to Vegas & go on a Tuesday only to be told WE NEED A DAY. No apologies, no anything. So I spent the morning scrambling trying to find a place to steam my wedding dress. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL...FUCK THIS PLACE...also wondering what same day service do they offer since that is what they advertise. RIDICULOU As u can see by the attitude in their response how we were treated. It wasn't poor planning calling a MONTH ahead, why would I randomly lie on this business with so many around, I chose y'all out of all them. Please keep the LIES. We called THIS business & kept note of it. DO BETTER BUSINESS read more

Was just reading the reviews and wanted to also confirm the rudeness of this establishment. Had an incident a few years back when picking up clothes with female employee who was extremely rude and dismissive. No need for details needless to say never went back. read more

Okay service, gets the job done but has room for improvement Overall it's not a bad option f you need basic cleaning done, but you'll definitely want to check you items thoroughly before leaving the shop, and don't be surprrised if things take a little longer than expected. read more

I've been going to Super Cleaners on South Las Vegas Blvd for about two years now, and they've done a great job with everything I've brought in. They handle my suits, long jackets, and even NHL jerseys, and everything always comes back clean and well taken care of. They're fast, friendly, and easy to work with, which is why I keep coming back. Just a heads up that they do require payment upfront, which makes sense considering how many items get left behind and never picked up. Overall, it's been a consistently solid experience and an easy five-star review for me. read more

Had 3 dresses pressed here and I was told they would be ready on Saturday but I got a text Friday that my items were ready. The service was great, professional and efficient. I appreciate the friendly smiles and greetings when I visited for the first time. I haven't had anything pressed in a while so I'm guessing the prices are within a competitive range for the services. It's close to my new home so I will be back! read more

Got a text for coupon off entire price but when I went in person the lady refused to accept it for entire price and said it was only for cleaning. read more

Professional, courteous, and friendly staff! I came in to have a 24 hour dry cleaning completed on my suit just before New Year's. The staff had completed the dry cleaning on time and two perfection! Also, at a fair price. I highly recommend. read more

Super Dry Cleaners III is very good. They try hard. I would recommend them to my friends for dry cleaning and alterations either downtown or at the Flamingo store. read more

The experience at this cleaners has been horrible. First I'm quoted a bill that I had to call them for because they can't quote you when you drop off?? First red flag, then when I checked out it was 20 dollars higher then what I was quoted. Though they did make that situation right. Next time I go in and I do the check in for Yelp %25 off the front desk lady says that I had to let them know about that when I dropped the clothes off? It says no where on the Yelp discount or the discount they have on there own website that you have to present discount at drop off. Actually the website states that the total has to be over $40 to get the discount and since they don't give you a price on your ticket when you drop off how would I have know I was even eligible for the discount at drop??! Just a waste of money and time. I do NOT recommend this place. read more

Very polite and courteous, and did a great job on my dry cleaning. I'll be going back to super cleaners.

Absolutely, horrible service. I paid extra to get it done. They shrunk my jacket, a whole size down and refused to call the owner.

Dry cleaning and hemming services were done well. Tech friendly with automated texts and updates on website

I had some pants altered here recently that was a last minute request. This place was able to accommodate my needs and had my alternation done earlier than expected. I really love the app notifications too. Friendly, courteous, and excellent service. Would definitely use again! read more

I travel in town for work throughout the year and sometimes need laundry service. I don't prefer the hotel so I've used super cleaners a couple of times. They do a good job, they are timely, and friendly enough that it feels somewhat like my local cleaners. They also have helped me by running my clothes on the delicate cycle which I prefer. That's about what I can hope for! read more

My clothes were a day late. Showed up twice in one day, they still weren't ready. Ended up getting yelled at by the owners daughter even though it wasn't my fault the clothes weren't cleaned. Called back to speak to a manager, ended up talking to the same person. She literally asked me, "wheres your accountability in all of this?" I did nothing wrong but assume my clothes would be done in the time originally agreed upon. She also mentioned that its customary for there to be delays, so if you need something cleaned for vacation DO NOT GO HERE. Side note...when i left after the second time( i gave them an extra four hours to clean my coat, still not done) i heard her complaining to other customers about me. I was really excited to try this place out, but once was enough. In the end she didnt even finish cleaning my unfinished coat, but i still paid for it. read more

SAME DAY SERVICE!!! Convenient location close to downtown and the strip, and they offer same day service. They do have covered parking, even though there is road construction at that intersection. Helpful staff, and with her help, I'm looking forward to being able to dress up for an event tomorrow with these clothes. read more

Hands down the best place to get my dry cleaning and alterations done! There are times when they are ready the following day. I live in Henderson and still continue to come here because I don't trust anyone else. read more

Had a snafu with a pickup. Messaged them here on Yelp and got a response in minutes and resolution before the next morning!!!

I've been going here for years and so has my father. The best dry cleaner in town. Super quick, excellent customer service and prices are more than reasonable. I've lost clothes at a number of different dry cleaners in Las Vegas but this has never happened at Super Cleaners. Everyone is extremely friendly. I love Super Cleaners! read more

Look else where to avoid getting scammed out of your money. Three times I explained that I needed a simple wash and fold of my laundry and I even dropped off the laundry a full day ahead of my flight. When called to check on a good pick up time the next day I was told I would have to wait until Monday which was 4 days away or pay extra to have it rushed. It took another ten minutes of explaining my situation and I had already been reassured the day earlier that my clothes would be ready on time without any rush payment. I do not feel that there was any language barrier nor do I think they are idiots, more than likely this is a ploy used to charge more Money. If you are on vacation and need laundry done I suggest going to the coin op laundry at Charleston and Bruce street, they charged only $15 and had it done in 2 hours. Not $25, not a full day wait and did not try to add a rush fee. read more

Fast. Simple. Cheap. They offer same day service if you get there early in the day. I had baby blue slacks that I wore once and got some type of stain that looked like super glue dried on them and I honestly had no hope for them but they got the stain out!! 10/10 would recommend read more

do not go here!!!!! i went in to get my bridesmaid dress cut shorter. the guy at the front pinned it and commented that it was really long. hence why im there. he said itll be cut and ready. i came in today and even with my super high heels, the dress was still long af! they told me they couldnt do anything about it because itll take longer since they dont do the work themselves!!!!! they said they send it out for someone else to do it! this is so ridiculous! they didnt even want to give my money back. they said they have to check the videos???? i can just show them how long the dress still is! ugh one star is way too many for this incompitent business!!! read more

I agree with Jimmy H.- AWFUL! Have been going here for quite a while so I was horrified to find 2 expensive sweaters in my last pick-up severely SHRUNKEN. The woman (owner) there also denied shrinking the sweaters and also tried to ignore me before I showed her the same sweater I had in a different color to one she shrunk. She continued to deny, said it was impossible, then tried to walk away several times. I was calm, and professional, but firm, and obviously upset. She proceeded to insist the sweater wasn't the same as the one I brought in (it clearly is) because the "material feels different". No kidding! The wool fibers have shrunk so much that it DOES feel different. And the tags on the inside are scrunched together due to the shrunken material around them. She inspected the tags in both the ruined and non-ruined sweater to see that the material and make were EXACTLY the same. Since this accusation wasn't working out, she then had the nerve to accuse me of washing it/shrinking them myself and blaming her. The tags they put on them were still on! I pointed this out to her and she tried to walk away again, but not after telling me that I "just want money". Well, they SHOULD reimburse me for ruining 2 beautiful sweaters. I will probably open a complaint with the BBB or try small claims court, just because I cannot believe someone would treat a customer like this after destroying their property. BEWARE! read more

New Herve Leger dress worn only once they claim the inferior quality of the $1000 dress is to blame for it on sale $745. Negligence had nothing to do with it. The shop did a great job on the other items dress shirts and slacks. I would use great caution taking any high end items here. You will be offered 10× the cost of cleaning. A person that would only identify herself as Connie offered $70.50. I respectfully declined. read more

Awful. Took a brand new shirt in to get pressed. Had a black mark on it when I got it back so I returned it to have them get it off. The woman who I presume to be the owner said it was ink but it was clearly burnt or something burnt in from the press. She denied that and said I have to return it to the store before storming off. Probably the worst cleaners in town. Do not go there. read more

AVOID THIS CLEANERS - UNDER NEW BAD MANAGEMENT & SERVICE. I live in a nearby high-rise and have been going to this cleaners for 10 years. (I like to support local neighborhood business.) Never had any MAJOR problems - the clothes were not always pressed as well as you might expect, but they were clean. Picking up my recent dry-cleaning was a HORROR SHOW. I always inspect my clothes and charges before leaving the store. First, I was overcharged - my 2 blouses were charged as women's jackets (honest mistake & they corrected the charge). Second, my black suit jacket was not cleaned and had a large white dust?/power?/?? blotch on the front (which was not there when I brought it in). Third, my expensive black slacks (St. John) were noticeably faded and not pressed (looked as if they were 'laundered' NOT dry-cleaned or pressed). Forth, the man's shirt in the batch was cleaned, but the pressed collar was crushed and unbuttoned. Unfortunately, I had paid before finding these issues. When I brought all of this to the attention of the clerk she was surprised and agreed with my complaints. I asked for the manager (unavailable). I was extremely upset about my faded $150 St. John slacks that were no longer appropriate for work. We took pictures of my garments; she said she sent them to management and they would call me to discuss. I never got a call and after 4 days I went back to the shop. No manager. I went back the next day no manager - I demanded my money back - the clerk said she was not allowed to refund it. 24 hours later I received a voice message that said they were "disappointed to hear I was unhappy with the service" and they would paypal my refund for the cleaning [lack of] - never addressing my damaged slacks. went into the shop the next day and still no manager. I demanded cash and I believe because there were other customers there, the clerk gave it to me. I heard this shop is under new management - we'll it is terrible! .... and they clearly do not have any interest in basic customer service. Never again. read more

Found bleach spots on 2 shirts. Went in 4 times to get it resolved because the manager wasn't there the 1st 3 times. Then she said "we don't use bleach and we didn't do this". Well I sure didn't ruin my shirts for fun, nor do I like to frequently stop by a place repeatedly for giggles. The manager/owner turned her back and walked away. Me= a couple hundred dollars down the drain. Nothing I can do and nothing they are willing to do or admit. DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more
