Wow, I don't even know what kind of review to write because words can't describe just how good these churros are. I want to write an ode to it - that's how good they were, but the ode wouldn't even do it justice. My boyfriend and I were craving a little something sweet so I found this churro place while browsing Yelp and decided to come by. I am so glad we did. We bought a 6 pack. The churros were very warm yet also not too hot when we received them. We took bites of delicious crunchy sweetness. Yes they're fried because they're churros but they did not feel heavy at all. They were just light crispy sweet bites of absolute perfection. My boyfriend and I ate 4 right outside the stand before getting into our car. Then we picked up dinner (it was a dessert first type of night for us, haha) and had 2 more churros left for after our dinner. Still delicious after dinner. All in all, I found the best churros I had in my life and ya'll need to find it too. Highly recommend and I will be bringing all my friends here now to also blow their minds. BTW they are cash only so bring some money! read more

If it's good quality churros that you're looking for, look no further. See, I've been to other Churro carts in the Bay Area, but Super Churros has got the righteous taste in their dough. I think it's something in the quality of their ingredients, especially their flour. The dough brings you back for more. They'll even taste just as good the next day. Even when when their churros are NOT served piping hot (it has happened), I'd still rank these as my, "#1 Bay Area Churros". I love how their cinnamon- sugar blend clings onto the delightful churro dough so well. You just have to try their Original (non-filled) to understand what I've been saying. Believe me, it's better than the city-renowned ones in San Jose and Hayward (you know, the ones I'm referring to). Super Churros is located by Fuhrman Printing & Graphics (at the corner) of 23rd St. and Andrade. It stands as a nice, little cart and I'm surprised they even serve tacos (which I've never had). It's within the streets of Richmond, so come for the views! And there's a big U-Haul Warehouse across! read more

I went there yesterday and lo and behold they weren't there. I believe someone else had also mentioned the same thing on a different occasion. It's frustrating. There used to be a place in Oakland that's no longer there that I had the same experience with.It was named Rico's Churros. read more

I ordered three bags of churros--one with filling and two without. I paid $31 in total. When I tried the churros with filling, I took a bite and was disappointed. The filling was only on the tip/begi of the churro, while the rest was empty. It was all of the churros with relleno. I'm so upset. I won't be returning to this place. It's a 0/10. read more

OH MY WORD! Warm, soft on the inside, crispy on the outside. Great ratio of cinnamon and sugar and they have warm filling options. They sell fresh hand made Churros here, bananas and even Tacos. Tiny little enclosed cart on the Corner of 23rd, so tiny that I drove by and missed it twice. Playing loud music that was a nod back to when my parents were younger, love songs. You walk up order through a side window and then wait to be called to pick up this decadent dessert. Totally worth the wait and trip. The churros can be ordered with no filling, individually or in bags. Fillings are Cajeta(similar to caramel), Vanilla or Strawberry. My son opted for the Cajeta. The filling was abundant, warm and just oozed rich caramel. So worth the trip to Richmond. We went out on a cold rainy night and it was just what our souls needed. read more

I was craving churros and so we found this cute little churro truck open on a Tuesday night. There are plenty of parking spots in front of the food truck. They also sell tacos but just opted for the regular churro. Order and pay on on side and pick up on the other side of the truck. The churro was fresh, the cinnamon sugar coating was a bit uneven but tasty. ***Cash only read more

I enjoyed the churros! They make them fresh, and they don't skimp on the cinnamon sugar mix. They even have fillings that you can get with your churros. They also sell tacos now, but I have yet to try it. I'm sure they are most likely delicious as well. read more

If your in the mood for a warm crunchy churro this is the spot for you !! It's a tiny little churro machine on wheels but it does the job perfectly! They have churros filled with caramel and many more flavors or if you just like the plain churro with brown sugar like me it's warm crunchy and perfectly cooked ! Best churros in Richmond !! read more

I always dream about these churros. The few times I've been there I leave there super happy with my perfectly hot churros.

The churros are pretty good. The area is small so it nice to just grab a quick sweet bite to eat due to no place for sitting. The service is pretty fast so you're not standing for a long time. As far as pricing it's decent not to expensive for the quality. I would recommend to just get the bag of 6 as the filled churros are more costly i.e being two dollars more. read more

Great churros! However they do not open at 5pm it's closer to 5:30pm. Got here at 4:45pm thinking we would be just in time but they were just barely arriving. They do start setting up at 5pm but you cannot order until way later. It takes time for their stuff to warm up. Was confused because online it says they are open at 5pm. read more

Really delicious churros on 23rd St! I honestly like how it their hours are at night time since that's usually when I crave a sweet snack. The filled churros are crisp and don't taste too overwhelming, making them a tasty treat. If I were to rank them, it would be vanilla is best, then caramel, and then strawberry. The staff work pretty fast and are super nice. I like how they have a system of distance when ordering because it shows that they take COVID seriously. If you're going to try it, note that Super Churros is a cash only business! read more

The churros are not tasty at all. A bit on the raw side. They were cold, and the oil tasted old.

Finally found the churro truck. The two times I've been here it was on 23rd and Andrade. So if you follow what's on here, go 4-5 blocks down and you'll find it. Also I wasn't very familiar with this area so I went to the residential areas late at night. There were prostitutes - avoid by going down the busy streets instead. Okay.. onto the churros... 2/5 for the regular churros. They're hard and doesn't seem as fresh. 4/5 for the churro filled with vanilla custard! They top that vanilla custard and it's so delicious. Taste super fresh and is very fulfilling. read more

I mean, how could this place be bad? I knew I'd leave happy. I DIDN'T know the churro would be so hot and fresh and amazing- it was better than Disneyland! Some of the best and authentic churros I've had, very rare to find a place like this! You won't be disappointed!

They have some incredible churros. They are always kind and polite when I go there. I am so very glad that they are within walking distance anytime you in the need for a good churros read more

Very disappointed, the Churros were very thin and burned , smelled oil and had very little cinnamon. Their protocol ordering at one window and picking at another could have worked if they coordinated well with each other and the service was mildly rude. The ambiance was not particularly inviting or comfortable at all. I do not recommend. read more

Open W-Sunday starting at 6:30pm. I recommend getting there as close to opening as possible. The churros are always the most fresh. What was even more impressive than the churros were the plátanos fritos. Honestly... these can be hit or miss... but when they're done right, probably one of the best desserts around. Highly recommend them with the leche condensada. Yum! This is my sons favorite place to go. Thanks to Super Churros, he rather eat churros over donuts or pan dulce. read more

First time trying, tried every flavor. They are all delicious! Vanilla is for sure my favorite !

I have been coming here for years now with friends and family. Churros are very fresh, it's the only place that we get churros in the area. Wish they had Chocolate churros! I recommend getting Caramel otherwise, that's the best flavor. Didn't wait too long either.

Wanted to try this spot out but very overpriced for what you get. Wait time was a bit long for what I ordered. Ordered one super and one regular and the second came broken. Lady also took my money with her gloves and then prepared the food. Overall would not recommend. read more

These churros are fantastic. Light, fluffy, not greasy at all. We tried the filled churros, vanilla, strawberry, caramel and plain. These are indeed one of the best churros around this area however, it seems whenever I go during the hours they have listed, 5pm-10pm, whether it be 6p or 9pm they are not there or not open yet and have customers waiting for 30min. It would be a great help if the hours were updated or a heads up. read more
