First off, amazing workers and managers constantly checking in on us to make sure we were satisfied. Nearly everything on the menu looked satisfying from there salads to there many combinations of fries. I was very shocked about how clean the store was and of course how fast the food came out. 10/10 recommend read more

Super Chix is a great place to get a meal with family and friends. All of the workers are so eager to help and get you whatever you need. I always leave this place satisfied! You've gotta try the Blackened Cajun Sandwich. It's life changing! Especially paired with the rosemary fries. read more

Have been here multiple times, every time is such a treat! Super affordable, chicken is always cooked to perfection, and the custard is amazing. Today I had the chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich, which was excellent! Will return again, and again, and again...great food here, amazing employees, great atmosphere! read more

Wow! I'm totally impressed with this place. Firstly, I was glad they had dine-in. Of course, they had curbside, outdoor, etc. Everyone was so nice. 3 different waiters offered to help and see if we needed anything - several times! Over the top kind. So thankful. And the food was "de" to the "licious"! My fam had the tenders with buffalo sauce and hand-cut fries. GeENEROUS portions. I had the Crispy Avo Sandwich - wowser manowsers it was amazing!!!! I will today be looking for them to build in Nashville but will totally stop by again next time I'm driving through Birmingham. Soooo good!!! read more

Went in for lunch and ordered the Bavacado sandwich. It was very good but overall I thought my meal was overpriced. $16 for lunch is a little steep. read more

Great service and great food. The kids have a choice of cookie or frozen custard for a dessert. TV are all around. Managers also do their due diligence by doing table touches every time I visit. Good job guys and keep up the great work. read more

Exceptional service at this location. Food is always consistent and made fresh. Highly recommend the custards!

Yes, the deluxe chicken sandwich is amazing, but that is not why I am writing a review. The winner here is the service. Every time we have ordered online our food has been hot and ready to go as soon as we arrived. They always go out of their way to double check the bag to make sure we have everything we ordered and that everything is correct. They also do it with a smile and an attitude that can totally turn your bad day around. That is what keeps us coming back. read more

We ordered food from here for dinner tonight as we are only in the area overnight. We wanted to try a restaurant we don't have back home, and we landed on this one out of pure randomness. We got two sides of fries and two burgers - I got the breaded cheesy bbq sandwich and my partner got the breaded bacavo ranch. For the dipping sauces, we got some ranch and some of the signature sauce, which were both fresh and delicious! These were some of the best chicken sandwiches we've had and wished we had one of these closer to us back home in VA! Great food for a quick and filling dinner after a long day's drive! read more

Chicken sandwiches are really good. Especially the Deluxe with the garlic aioli. The fries have various seasonings you can put on them l. The only issue I have is they are a bit expensive. read more

Yum yum and more yummmmm!! Came here Saturday night and ordered a to go- took about 10 minutes even though the place was packed. We got the deluxe and the buffalo ranch . The chicken was cooked perfectly- not too thick and not too thin, crispy, perfect flavor with a very light breading. We added slaw to both sandwiches (+$1 upcharge- totally worth it) the buffalo was perfectly sauced and the perfect amount of tangy medium heat. The deluxe was flavorful and tender and topped with a delicious pickle. Both sandwiches were taken to the next level with the slaw!! Mm mmmm! We also ordered a Cajun fry to share. I wish I would have believed the other reviewers who said that the regular fries were a very large portion because my husband and I ordered a large to share and it was enough fries for 4 fry LOVERS! Haha! We are only 2 fry lovers so there was plenty left over! Next time will get a regular but that is the only change we will make! The Cajun seasoning was the perfect fry topping- we didn't think it was spicy at all but it did have great flavor. The fries were thin and crispy and tasted very fresh. The only thing we didn't like is that they put all of the fries at the bottom of the bag and we didn't realize it so they greaseed through the bag on our ride home on my pants (we only live like 3 minutes away!) :(. Next time we will be more careful but I think there should be some additional paper lining they put at the bottom if they are going to do that! Last but not least- the sauce bar!!! I wasn't in love with all of the sauces but they were all good and I was in love with the fact I could get whichever ones I wanted on the side for dipping!! If you're a sauce person you definitely can't miss this place (or if you're a chicken or fry person ! Ha!) will be backk!! read more

Super Chix - Cute wall art! - Chicken Shop Near Me - Hoover, Alabama

hoover, we have chicken!, I found out hoover has a new restaurant and being the chicken lover i am, i excitedly hurried over. Superchix hoover serves chicken tenders, sandwiches, salads, custards, and hand-spun shakes. I order the nashville hot chicken sandwich with slaw, rosemary pepper fries, and a strawberry shake. the chicken filet is HUGE! they offer the option of a double filet but you've got to be seriously hungry to handle it. but the food was really good. the chicken was tender and perfectly cooked (and spicy). adding the slaw helped to balance the heat and the slaw didn't have too much mayo (that's a plus). I chose the rosemary pepper fries because it's something different. the seasoning was just right; it wasn't too strong at all. the shake was really thick and creamy (i had to ask for a larger straw). i also tried the fried pickles and they were probably the best i've had. and above all they customer service was top notch (watch out chick-fil-a!) i'm so happy to have great chicken in hoover! read more

Super Chix - Nashville Hot Chicken and Rosemary Pepper Fries - Chicken Shop Near Me - Hoover, Alabama

They have best chicken in town! I recommend the Nashville fried sandwich with cold slaw! Excellent customer service!

I love going to Super Chix! I get their buffalo chicken fingers and cheese fries every time I go. It always comes out fresh and super quick. The servers are super friendly and are always checking up to make sure you don't need anything else. It is a mainly chicken and fry restaurant, but they do have other options such as salads and sandwiches. Once you order, they have several options of sauces you can get to complement the meal. I always get ranch or their Korean bbq sauce which are always super good to eat with the fries. As most restaurants are now there are no covid protocols in place, but I don't really expect it anymore. They do have take out as in option which is nice if you want it fast and to go. Overall, I really enjoy coming to the restaurant and I would recommend it to anyone who loves fried chicken and fries. read more

Handout fires were great with Cajun seasoning. Lots of chicken sandwich options that are delicious. More expensive than your favorite fast food joint but food was superb. read more

I love this place! I work nearby so it's extremely convenient. I had the super chick sandwich with loaded fries. I was honestly impressed, this is a great local business to support ! My husband and I went to superchix tonight, and I was super impressed for just getting some chicken fingers. They gave me fried instead of the grilled tenders I ordered, which didn't bother me. I didn't even notice! But the guy who recognized the issue was so kind and brought me hot grilled tenders at the end of my meal. And there's a man there who has more energy than a fully charged Tesla. He was the best! He constantly was running around making sure everyone was taken care of. Would recommend to anyone and everyone! read more

This place is so good and the staff is friendly. We got the asian sesame salad and tenders with fries. the large fries are huge!! we will definitely be back for the loaded fries read more

Yum! The service is excellent and quick. The food is cooked fresh and to perfection. I ordered the cajun chicken on a lettuce wrap. The chicken is tender and juicy. My mom got the tenders and was equally satisfied. The fries are stringy - usually not my type but still good. They have a lot of choices of sauces, which I love. Would definitely go back! read more

The chicken was alright, not something I would specially make a drive to go and eat. Their buffalo sauce is delicious.

Sunday 1/22/2023. My son & I ate at Super Chix and again it was outstanding. Everything that we have tired has been extremely good. I love their salads & my son loves the chicken dishes. The service is excellent & the food is fast & hot. You will NOT go wrong trying this place. Keep up the good work! read more

Nothing really over excited me visiting this restaurant. Food was decent, but nothing that would make me rush back. Chicken was pretty good but felt under seasoned, and needed sauce to be worthy. Fries were prob some of the worst things I've had in a while, as I would rather run through McDonald's drive through for fries. Shake was overpriced for a large that came out in about the same size as their water cups. I will say that the employees were attentive and ready to help! read more

It was a nice place, packed!!! I like to try new places so this was on my list. Honestly the chicken was chicken, but the service is what's raising the bar. Everyone was very polite and helpful. It's almost like they employ extra people just to wait on your every move so you don't have to get up for anything. That's unheard of in a "fast food" establishment. Keep up the good service you guys have a good crew! read more

This place has the best chicken, the order experience thru grub hub/yelp was great and their pick-up station was super fast and touchless!

Super friendly staff and great food! I love this place to bits! It's one of the few places my son actually eats ALL of his food! I think one of the runners names is George(?) and he's always so kind to us! I love this place! read more

Great fried chicken, tables are clean and service is prompt. I would definitely eat here again

The service here was outstanding. The food was well prepared and the prices were good. Most of all the service was batter than we normally receive for a restaurant were you order from the table with a server. I strongly recommend this restaurant for a great experience!!! read more

Was pleasantly surprised last month when I heard Super Chix was planning to open up in the Stadium Trace Village shopping center. After hearing the hype for a week by my colleagues, I decided to come check it out for myself. Ended up arriving on a Thursday at 11:15 and was greeted warmly at the door. The restaurant was already full with a long line, however it ended up moving pretty quickly. We placed our order at the counter and picked up our sauces at sauce bar. I ordered the Bacavo Ranch and absolutely loved it!! My colleague ordered the Crispy Avocado and loved it as well. After our meal, an employee gave us a free sample of the Dutch chocolate custard and it was delicious!! Def my favorite part of the meal. If I weren't so full, I would have ordered a pint of it for myself. The restaurant was really clean and the customer service was incredible. The only issue was parking. The lot was full so we ended up parking at UAB and walked across the street. My kids would love this place and we will definitely be back. read more
