I got torched by this idiot as well. I had the truck 2 years, and maybe put 3k miles on it. The entire time, I knew the trans was dying second day in. So not one full day did I enjoy this truck before the engine light popped on. Salesman was very giddy and unprofessional when phoning his boss during sale. I have some trust issues, so I wrote it off. Last time I'll make that mistake. Now I've had to trade the piece of junk in and adding a loan to my new truck for something that should have never been legally sold in the first place. I am 90% sure any carfax they put up is manipulated. If anybody knows this "omar" dude or how I can contact him, I got some words for him. Almost killed me with a lemon. On November 29, 2015 I purchased a 2006 Subaru legacy limited. I purchased this vehicle from super auto sales of Cary, which is affiliated with super auto sales in Fuquay Varina , and super auto sales LLC North Carolina. I initially did not realize it was a dealership, as they advertised on CL as a private owner, to save paying Craigslist. I decided, despite buying cars from regular citizens, and never having an issue, to try a dealership. Oh boy. I test drove the vehicle for half an hour, until the gas light went on. ( I should have thought about why it was kept on E) Upon return I asked mechanic/owner, Mohammed whether there was any issues with the automobile to be noted. Mohammed replied, stating that he had the Carfax for the vehicle, and that there was not one issue with the car. I bought the vehicle. I immediately went to the closest gasoline station, which was a block away from the dealership. Within minutes I had returned to the dealership, because upon filling up my gas tank, check engine light came on. Almost immediately, the owners demeanor changed. He quickly ran the machine on the vehicle, reset at the light, and told me it was not a big deal. I asked him for the trouble code, he give me the incorrect code for my vehicle. I drove the vehicle home, and I felt light headed, and had a headache. I noticed this over a period of 3 to 4 days. The smell of gasoline was extremely strong in the vehicle. I call the owner back three times, and told him again, and again,that I believed there was some sort of leak inside the cab of the vehicle. He argued with me, stating that fuel lines do not run inside of the vehicle. Eventually, I took it to a mechanic the next day. The mechanic located the leak inside the vehicle, underneath the backseat. He also showed me with a few lines ran along the inside of the cabin towards the gas tank top underneath the seat. The mechanic stated if either one that if i had lit a match inside the vehicle, my life would've ended. Moreover, the mechanic also found the catalytic converters of which there are three for this model vehicle, are all badly damaged, and will need replacement. The mechanics stated that there was no way any inspection would've missed the smell of fuel from this vehicle, and that the previous owners of this vehicle had to of known at least this life-threatening deficiency. I immediately notified super auto sales, and the response I received was extremely rude and unfavorable. The owner refused to pay for any repairs, and that I should've should look at the vehicle will thoroughly. When I informed him that I would be notifying the Better Business Bureau, and litigation if necessary, Mohamed and the other owner of the business, ( who refused to give me his name) told me that they sell cars every day, and they could care less. As of this writing, I am currently working with the BBB to find a solution. My next step is litigation. I attempted to contact all websites that have a reivew of this dealer, as their ratings on their site have this as a reputable automobile seller, but I was informed because I did not get a lead from this site, I could not post my review. I highly recommend you learn from my mistakes, and steer clear of these guys. They only care about the dollar, and not the customer. As far as looking at a car thoroughly, as an automotive seller, you should at a minimum have a product that doesn't require further fixing, and is at least functionally safe. I recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 R-Spec for $16,796 WORST MISTAKE EVER! The vehicle history listing had no issues reported and 0 accidents reported. I ran a Carfax on the vehicle, The vehicle history report showed that there were accidents reported on: 5/18/2017 and 6/23/2018 There was no total loss reported to Carfax, no structural damage reported, no airbag deployment reported and no indication of an odometer rollback. The salesman "Abdulla Hida" stated that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that repairs have been made. He claimed that the vehicle passed the State of North Carolina Vehicle Inspection, Inspected by Mechanic, Mohamed Tabbakh on October 24th, 2018. Only to find out that it was plagued with a slew of "undisclosed issues." The dealership did not inform me of any damages to the vehicle selling me it under false pretenses. The diagnosis? A leaky fuel pump, suspension problems, bent struts and damaged frame. The total repair would cost $10,353.18. not including any additional charges that would be required for the actual repair. The dealership was aware of these damages and did not report them putting me at a life threatening risk. Not only was I scammed of $16,796 but now I am left with an inoperable vehicle. I have taken action by contacting multiple news channels, reaching out to fraud attorneys and notifying the N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles License & Theft Bureau. This business is a perfect example of how used vehicle dealerships can go wrong... and very, very shady. Firstly, he is posting all of his vehicles in the "by owner" category on a local sales website (explicit violation of use), and is making the photos look like the vehicles are sold by individuals (quite unethical, if you ask me). Secondly, I went there to purchase a used car, and I immediately noticed issues which I brought up to the owner. He denied them to my face. I took the car to my mechanic, and he didn't even finish the inspection: there were MULTIPLE reasons why this car should never have passed inspection (the owner of Super Auto Sales ensured me it had recently passed): four bald tires (unmatched, by the way: four DIFFERENT brands), clear evidence of a covered up accident (which was never disclosed to me), engine problems that had simply been pressure washed to hide them, you name it... the list goes on. I received a text the next day saying that the problems would be taken care of, and asking if I would like to purchase the car for the same price after the work had been finished. If you KNEW this work had to be done... you should have just done it, instead of trying to cover it up and sell the car to some unsuspecting customer. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT give your business to this unethical company. Your money is better spent elsewhere. His cars need to stay off the road before somebody gets seriously hurt. read more

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD RELIABLE USED CAR, GO TO SUPER AUTO SALES IN CARY. I recently purchased an older Honda from Super Auto Sales. HERE IS WHY - I shopped around the Raleigh area dealers for a long time. I also looked at private vehicles on Craig's List. I found the dealer prices for older cars to be very high, even above KBB and NADA retail. In many cases, the private sellers did not have enough documentation on the car history. I did not feel comfortable with this. I wanted to pay a fair price for a reliable older Honda within my budget. When I first called them on an advertised vehicle on Craig's List, they told me that they were a dealer and to go to their lot on Chapel Hill Rd. (No Problem) Super Auto Sales has a good inventory of older reliable higher quality used cars. My nephew, who is a mechanic also recognized that the cars on the lot were also priced fairly, in between private sale value and retail. We checked out the car, which was very clean and signed the paperwork. I paid for the car, the sales tax and the actual DMV fees, and not a penny more. They did not have any of the hidden BS Doc fees, etc.... The car has been great and I am extremely satisfied with the vehicle, service and transaction. The owner also took care of the DMV paperwork for me and got the plates and registration. NO HEADACHES, NO HASSLES I live in Cary and I am a very picky buyer. Super Auto Sales is looking to sell good reliable cars at a fair price with a great customer experience. Very poor experience. Agreed to a price on a vehicle with the understanding that all equipment was in working order. When it turned out the cruise control was not working and would need to be repaired they wanted to jack the price back up another $300. I bought my Toyota Corolla 2005 car here. Car is good and still running fine without any engine problems, but initially they posted ad in Craigslist as a owner, when I reached the address, realized that it is a business. The sales person did not mention that front bumper spoiler is missing and after we asked, he then told to buy it from eBay. It was too late, I have already paid money and took receipt. He did not even decreased price. It costs $49 on ebay. One must check everything, before you pay. read more

I purchased my first vehicle a 2004 Nissan Sentra from Super Auto LLC on Wednesday, October 7, 2015. It turned out to be a lemon! The sales man that was in contact with me Mr. Hamada Khader posted the vehicle on Craigslist as for sale by owner. Come to find out it was actually a dealership selling the car. The car has several issues which they fixed upon purchase. As I drove the vehicle home (20 minutes from the shop) the service engine light came on, and I immediately called Mr. Khader. He told me to bring the car back in the following day, October 8, 2015 and his mechanic would look it over. Upon returning October 8th, Mr. Khader was absent and the mechanic there told me that I would need to foot half the bill for any work that was to be done and, I am lucky that he is "doing me a favor." I believe that he purposely preyed upon me, a young inexperienced car buyer and I would like Super Auto Sales to fix any and all issues with my car or return my money. read more
