I hired Sunshine Plumbing to replace two existing 50 gal water heaters with a single tankless hot water heater. This is a big job and I did my homework choosing a reputable company. I received their information as a referral from one of the owners of my trusted HVAC company in Dallas who used Mark to install a tankless in his home as well. Mark is honest, fair, down to earth, and a true professional in every sense of the word. He is also incredibly respectful with a great attitude... can you believe he asked me with a smile (!) how I wanted my floor mopped after him and his crew worked a long 10 hour day with almost no breaks. He stayed late just to make sure we didn't lose hot water overnight, and my wife and I both were very grateful for that. If you've been down the home improvement path, you know there can be some surprises, and this job was no exception. Mark was incredibly patient and even had to reschedule some of his other jobs (and make return trips here), and he refused to take a *dime* from me until every last detail on the job was complete. I called Sunshine Plumbing out to see what the problem was with my water heater. Mark came right away and did a thorough job tracking down the reason That I had no hot water. He found and showed me where the thing had a hole that was leaking water pretty fast and draining under the house. (I just got my electric bill and it was over $443.00 because the heater just had to keep heating cold water). Even though I couldn't find the receipt that showed where and when I bought the old one, Mark got hold of the manufacturer who determined from the model and serial numbers that it was still in warranty. Therefore, I saved about $350 by not having to buy another heater. Very good news. Mark went right away and swapped out the heaters from the supplier. In no time at all he had the new one installed and, in about an hour, we had hot water. The charge was very reasonable. I had a pipe burst in my front yard on Thursday and could not find a plumber to come out until Monday. I called every place in Terrell as quickly as I could and no one could come fix the pipe. Luckily I found this company and Mark and his team were here very quick to fix the problem and recover the pipe/stop the leak. Thank goodness I found these guys. I tried to call this company for a service call today. When the phone was answered the response was, "Hello." No business name. I inquired if this was a plumbing company, and the response was, "Yes." When I inquired why the caller had not identified the company when he answered the phone the man hung up on me.
