Felipe just completed a multi-week project for me and finished well ahead of schedule. Felipe's…read morecrew treated our house well and their work was top notch. Felipe supervised closely checking the work many days per week. He was often hands-on dealing with details to ensure they meet his expectations. As the project wrapped up, he blue taped his own crew's work and had them cleaning up details that I didn't even notice. When I performed walkthrough there were only a few places I needed to request touchups to and those were handled well. There was one bit of trim carpentry that I wasn't satisfied with and Felipe took an extra day to rework it to my preference and had his crew come yet again to touch up the final paint. He included a house cleaning in the project which turned out well (Sheetrock dust was everywhere, of course). When he came to check the house cleaner's work, he even took his shoes off before entering even though no one was there to notice if he did. At the end of the project, we have a move-in ready house that feels brand new. Sheetrock repairs, interior painting walls/ceilings/trim/cabinets, custom murphy bookcase, enclosed wall cutout, wrapped beam with stain-grade wood and stained. Felipe's bid wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, but I trusted his reviews and was not disappointed--I feel we got what we paid for.

We used All Paint and Drywall for some major, major cracks in our dry wall. In some places, they…read morewere not just your hairline crack near windows and door fames, but were large spaces from floor to ceiling n the middle of the walls where our foundation had shifted. After spending a large amount of money having our Foundation complete re-paired, we were anxious to get the big drywall job done. Bruce was able to come over within 48 hours of us contact him, he took pictures, walked the house, and explained how long he thought the job would take. Within another 48 hours we had an estimate in hand. Bruce was easy to schedule with as well. The work started on time as scheduled, and after the first day, coming home was definitely sobering experience. Bruce had covered all of the furniture and moved it to the middle of all of the rooms. He had laid the proper protection on the floors and carpets and had already completed a big chunk of round 1. The next few days were cutting down lrge portions of drywall, replacing those, and continuing to add more drywawll to the large cracks and hairline cracks. At the end of each day, while the house was not in ideal shape, Bruce had kept all furniture and floor covered and there was no major cleanup for me to do. At the end of the project, Bruce moved back as much of the large furniture as he could, but did leave some small odds and ends to make sure they were put back where we wanted them. 6 days of non-stop work from Bruce and his helper, and our walls/house could not look better. We are so, so pleased with his work. You would never know the major cracks ever existed. The texturing of the wall blends right in to how it was previously and the paint was matched perfectly. We are very impressed with his work and could not be more pleased with the finished product. Bruce is easy to work with, easy to get a hold of, upfront on costs or if any additional costs may come up, and ony asked for 50% of the jobs funds on day 1, then the remaining on the last day. Pretty standard and typical, no issue there. Bruce also kept a tidy work area with very minimal clean up on our end at the end of it. Once I get some before and after pictures, I will post those. He was an hour late the next day! That should have been the first red flag. Then I waited 4 days for a quote repair on drywall. I called their office and spoke to a rude woman who couldn't tell me when nor where Bruce was, to deliver a quote. Also she wasn't allowed to give me his cell number even though I had his business card from the consult 4 days ago. 2 minutes after I hung up from the office call Bruce (emails lol) me this. "Good morning Stacy, I will have pass on your water damage project. Thanks for concidering our company" 2nd red flag.....anyone that can't speak a coherent sentence, don't hire as your contractor.
