Literally the best place in Pinellas County to get your nails done I've been going here for four years and they always take care of me Kim is amazing, but I've had other girls doing my nails and they are also just as good! It is very clean and nice inside and you feel as if they take care of you no matter what you need. I recommend this place to many people and every single one has been satisfied read more

Amazing service. Highly recommend . The entire team attentive and friendly. I would positively come back.

Fantastic service. These ladies are so professional, fast, and detailed! I can't recommend enough

I am so happy with my nails! I'm also getting my lashes done for the first time. The staff are wonderful, highly recommend this cute nail shop. read more

Poor hospitality. I went Monday at 5:30 to get a manni and pedi. They double teamed me, while sitting in the pedi chair a tech squeezed in to do my finger nails. The manni tech abruptly sat down a bowl in my lap and pointed for me to put my hands in it. This was uncomfortable for me and not relaxing at all. Felt ghetto. My pedi turned out good but not my gel manni. The polish was not fully covering the sides or top of several nails which I pointed out to the nail tech. When I asked why she gave an answer about the polish chipping and getting caught up in my hair when it gets old so that's why she does't fully cover the sides. I'm aware of the snatching of the hair when a gel mani gets old but my ENTIRE nail bed is painted at least. As the customer voicing that they were not pleased she should have fixed it and painted the entire nail. Iv'e gotten gel mannis where the full nail is painted. They clearly wanted to close shop at exactly 7pm. Only good thing was that services were 20% off. I will not be returning here again. read more

I've been visiting this salon for several years. The staff is always accommodating and courteous. In addition, each of the ladies is capable and skilled, so it doesn't matter who takes care of you. I do suggest making an appointment on weekends, but otherwise you can usually get in right away. This is my nail salon of choice and I recommend it to anyone looking for good nail service. read more

I am new to Florida from New York and I found this nail place on Google. I called to see if I could come in for a pedicure and a fill in the woman on the phone who turned out to be Caitlin the owner was accommodating and said I could come in right away. When I arrived I was taken to a pedicure chair and a tech started on my feet right away. Another tech began to talk to me about my nails. I always had acrylic done and she suggested a colored powder which I didn't even know existed. She ended up doing some lovely hand-painted designs on my nails which came out great. My pedicure was great my feet feel smooth and I also got my eyebrows threaded. I felt very satisfied with the service and I believe the prices are reasonable. They were nice and personable and I will definitely return in the future. read more

Owner Caitlin but reallyis really nice this place is beautiful is beautiful clean and wonderful and a joy to come to Price and prices are reasonable walk out with a smile read more

By far the worst nail salon I have been to. I've been getting acrylics with gel polish for about 2 years now so inevitably I've tried out more than a handful nail salons in the Clearwater area. I had friends raving about how good the prices were so I decided to give it a try. Shortly after arriving, I was directed to a seat and the nail tech set to do my nails sat down. The set I had on was only a week and a few days old, but they were still grown out and a few had come off. The lady(I'm unsure about her name) proceeded to tell me that my set/tips were too old and needed to be removed and I needed a whole new set if I wanted my nails done. Not realizing I would be charged for a service I didn't even want, I allowed her to remove the week old set. She was not careful about removing the nails, and didn't seem to care that she was ripping off a lot of my natural nail along with the tips. She put new tips on, and when it came time to apply the acrylic powder, she was VERY sloppy with it, which resulted in acrylic stuck to all of my fingers. To get this off, she used her nail file on my SKIN, which made almost every single one of my cuticles bleed. Aside from the ridiculous nail service I got, her customer service was a joke and I was treated like an inconvenience to her the entire appointment. Working in customer service myself, I do not like not leaving tips, so when it came time to pay and tip, I tipped $2. Not much I know, but considering how rudely I was treated, it seemed to me as though it was more then she deserved. She wasn't happy about the tip though, and scoffed when she saw that was her tip and then proceeded to snatch it out of my hand without any kind of gratitude. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Will definitely NOT be returning. read more

The price was right $8 for a manicure is a deal in Florida but she cut my nails with the cuticle remover !!!!! And then didn't make sure they were filed smooth....how does a salon owner allow that ?? I don't know but the place was busy so I'm sure I just got a bad technician. She had an attitude and was not friendly. The drying station was sticky and dirty. air pressure on the drying fan wasn't strong enough. They didn't care when I told them , then as I walked out I had someone who didn't do my nails ask me if I paid??? Really?? read more

The only place I go to! Great price and great company. I only go to BeBe so ask for her when you book your appointment or walk in. Best mani pedis! read more

With the recent remodel over the 4th of July weekend, the place is relaxing, comfortable, and stylish. I have had several Pedicures there and always get my eyebrows done. Waxing isn't the most comfortable beauty routine, but they are quick and competent. I travel to NYC often for work, and always get complemented on my brows. I recently had the milk and honey pedicure and it was divine! I spent most of the day just feeling my lower legs and feet, they were just lush. They spent a good hour doing the full deal, paraffin wax, hot stones, exfoliating. I have sensitive toes from previous chemo treatments and they are always very gentle. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in the Clearwater area looking for a nicely, modestly priced place to have a relaxing pedi with friends. read more

I've been here twice and I've been really happy with the service. They have a great variety of shallac colors to choose from and the price is consistent ($24 for a fill with shellac). Everything looks clean and the employees are nice. I'll def return! read more

I don't normally write reviews but I had to write a review for Caitlyn who did a phenomenal job with my microblading. She did a quality job for way cheaper than anywhere else in town. She makes sure you're comfortable and she makes sure you get exactly what you want. My eyebrows look so natural and I completely have had to take my eyebrow routine out of getting ready. It's saved me about 20 minutes of time when getting ready since I don't have to do my eyebrows anymore. She's amazing!!! I also started getting my nails and toes done here as well because the prices are great. There is a lot of staff to accommodate how busy the salon is. They do a great job! read more

The young man that works there occasionally is wonderful. Just had him give me a pedi and he was the best.

This place is terrible! First, the lady soaked me with the jacuzzi thing. Of course she just laughed the whole time, because she didn't know what to say. Then, she put this mint stuff on my legs, which i usually like with a warn towel. The towel this lady put on my legs was SCALDING! I have a blister on the top of my foot. Lastly, I had my phone in between my legs all safe and sound, until she almost knocked me over and my phone fell into the water. Needless to say, its still broken. She didn't offer to replace my phone, and still charged me full price for the pedicure, which is mediocre at best. I came in, waited 10 minutes, let my paint dry, and I was out in under 30 minutes. Not the best place to go! read more

I used to be faithful to this salon. Used to. The final straw was being pressured into getting my brows waxed. I went in for only a pedi. Next thing I know, the girl is telling ME I needed a wax. Ok fine, I'm too tired to argue. But wait, let's back up a little to an occurrence from last year.... I had gotten a mani/pedi. One lady down at my feet, another up at my side working on my fingernails. Yeah, it's efficient for them, but I don't care for that. At that point you're just being processed, not pampered and it's for THEIR benefit, not yours. When I went to pay, I paid, and gave the girl $16 singles to split the tip. I tend to overtip sometimes. I have NO idea if she shared the tip. After I got done, I sat down to wait for my hubby to pick me up and the pedi lady approached me and said I underpaid. I owed $7 more dollars. She actually blamed me for underpaying. What? No, you effed up because you failed to give me your full attention. Instead she was talking across the salon, laughing and checking her phone, most likely talking about us customers. I begrudgingly paid the other $7, and I was so blind with rage I walked out. A few minutes later I went back in to confront her. In front of the whole shop. I said that I had already paid, that you should NEVER blame the customer for your mistake, and did you even give the mani lady her share if the tip? She really had nothing to say instead I know, I know, but you need to pay more......you know what exactly? I wasn't trying to rip them off, I signed the credit card slip like usual, trusting that they itemized it properly. Their mistake. Not mine. "Caitlin" was not there that day, I think it was a Sunday. I wonder how and if she would've intervened. After that I stopped going. But months later I though what the hell, give them another chance. Again, for a pedicure. I picked my color. The girl insisted on a different one, saying that it's a better choice. Seriously? I'm the customer, I'm paying you! I have never felt so disrespected and undermined. Then the wax thing, ushering me to the wax chair without really asking me IF I wanted that. This was the end of my going there. Also, put your phones away and kill the stupid TV AND Pandora. One or the other, not both. On down time, there shouldn't be 4 techs lounging in the pedi chairs pecking on their phones. Unprofessional! And stop talking amongst yourselves and give your clients the respect and attention they deserve. They've lost my business forever, even though they're literally 2 blocks from my house. read more

I came here because a friend said they do good work on her pedicures, but good god this place is DIRTY. There wasn't even the illusion that anything in there had been recently sanitized. I had my legs, underarms, and eyebrows waxed. After 45 minutes, half of the hair on my legs was still there and my underarms were bleeding. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that my eyebrows look great. At $48, it was inexpensive, but I'd rather pay more and not have to shave my legs immediately after a wax. read more

I have been going to Sunshine Nails for over 12 years. I moved to Clearwater and was not familiar with the area. A friend recommended I try this salon and I couldn't be happier. Caitlyn, the owner, is pleasant and professional and makes sure you are happy with your manicure or pedicure. Kim has always done my nails, I would never go anywhere else. A new salon has recently opened up in the same LaBelle Plaza, so make sure you choose Sunshine and you will not be disappointed.! read more

I go to sunshine Nails whenever I am in town. Many visits become field trips as I often bring guests that are in town to enjoy the Sunshine State. I've had many wonderful visits and recommend this nail shop to others. read more

I had a fantastic pedicure here and I will be back. Clean setting. Relaxing pedicure I like that they have different pedicure options for your needs or goals of relaxation. Lots of colors to choose from and they listened to me when I was specific on my design. Despite my bad experience on the 1st visit I decided to give it a 2nd chance and I went back for a pedicure. It was a better experience this time. She spent a fairly good amount of time making sure it looked good and did not injure me with the clippers or nail buffer like what happened last time I went. I walked out satisfied with the experience but it still won't be #1 choice in the future. read more

Probably one of the dirtiest nail salons I've been in. Saw no tools get sanitized what so ever and was charged 37$ for a fill, granted it was gel but 37$ before tip....didn't match prices on the website and to top it off my lady was beyond rude and snappy EVEN after i expressed I was new to the area and it was my first time there. Never going back. read more

I ended up needing one broken nail fixed and after coming in decided to get a pedicure as well. At first the lady said a thirty minute wait however it was more like 15 or 20 min. They are very accommodating however it is very busy and the lack of attention to detail is killing me, especially in a nail service business where originality and design and comfort is everything. My one broken nail on my hand does not look like the rest. She shaved the underneath layer and now it looks burned. I've posted a picture to show. What makes this nail shop stand out? It's one of the few ones open on Sunday in this area. Their prices are fair but it seems more like. Sweat shop style, get em in get em out, if you will. The lady is currently finishing up my pedicure and she just started. However living nearby, I will keep them in mind as a backup but definitely not a nail home for me. 3 stars because they offer refreshments and I was a walk-in on a Sunday however the speaking of another language with eye contact with the customer makes it seem as if the customer is being discussed. Also I told the lady exact what number I wanted and she still got it wrong and had to start over. So so experience. read more

Great nail salon. Very good pedicure and affordable pricing. The manager is very nice. I feel very welcomed here

I went to Sunshine Nails on Highland Ave to get a mani/acrylic and pedicure. In two days I lost a nail. I went back to get fixed and I was treated like a burden to them. Now 5 days later, I now missing 4 more nails. On my pedicure, they didn't even do a proper service!! I do not recommend this shop unless you want to go back 10 times to have missing nails replaced. I did not like that I was getting a mani/pedi at the same time. I felt ganged up on. This was not very relaxing. Not to mention the two women talked the whole time in their primary language. This was so RUDE!!! Not to mention the massaging chair was so ancient that there was a bar that was going up and down on my back. This was miserable experience!!! Rude, shitty work, and not at all relaxing!! Save your money and go to a more reputable establishment!!!!!! One more thing, their nail art looks like a 1st grader did it!!! Please think twice before considering Sunshine nails!!!! read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. I went in as a new customer thinking I'll try a full face thread considering I just moved here from out of state and haven't found anyone near me that threads. I walk in and they take me right away EXCEPT for the fact this lady Kim - was sitting in a pedi chair playing on her phone and her with her toes barefoot. I didn't know this lady was going to do my thread. She just said follow me and sat me in a chair infront of the whole salon. This should be a pretty private thing I mean I've never had a wax or face thread infront of an entire salon. So anyway, she sat me down without washing her hands she started going full throttle on my face and grabbing my head hair with the thread. I kept holding my hair back and once she got sick of me moving she tried throwing a child's head band on me. Ummm GROSS no!!!! How many people have used that head band? Finally I told her it would be easier if she had me lay down instead of sit up and she started arguing with me over it. So I kept my mouth shut. She stopped 5 min later and got up and walked to the back like should I follow you miss personality or what? Finally she ended up finishing me in a dirty bed with a dirty couch pillow (super sanitary). SO gross. Never ever ever ever going back again. read more

The microblading done by Caitlyn was fabulous. Absolutely "pain-free!" She showed me the color she had blended for my approval. She is all about making her clients happy with their procedures. I was so happy with my brows, I went ahead and had my lashes done. Again, done to perfection. I'll return in June for a touch-up to my brows and enjoy my time with Caitlyn at Sunshine Nails. read more

Three stars at best, only because my pedicure was average. This is my second time back at Sunshine nails because I thought my first experience was just a bad day for them. I was wrong. I sat in the pedicure chair for almost 15 minutes with nothing, not hot water to soak my feet in or a greeting. I got up to walk out and the owner walked up to me to say she will have two people do my pedicure and full set at the same time. All of it was rushed. Do NOT see Tracy, she's snappy and never does a good service. I have had her both times now. She treats me like I'm an idiot every time I come in no matter how I tell her how I want my nails done. She rushes and never meets expectations and when you ask for something other than regular color she gets nasty. Every time my nails are crooked and there are parts of my nail left unpainted. This time parts of my glitter polish were transferred to all of my other nails because she was too lazy to wait for my glitter to dry. When I ask her to fix my acrylics and make them straight or not as thick she proceeds to tell me that it's my nails that "do like that." VERY dissatisfied with this nail salon. I am disrespected every time I go in, meanwhile I look young but I work in the service industry so I know how it should be. They have great prices which is why I thought I'd give them another chance but I will NEVER be back. read more

I always go to Tracy. She's very nice and definitely understand cliends needs. I used to get acrylic nails I asked Tracy to make them short, thin ( my job requires short nails) and looking natural .
