Hasina gave me a reasonable quote and was prompt to the estimate. Her team arrived and quickly took care of my 1600 sq foot home in a few hours. Everything was as advertised - windows and sills were spotless and surfaces were cleaned. House looked better than it looked in years and was very attractive to put on the market! A great job with a deep clean.

Gave my clients an incomplete job which I tried to get her to finish upon what she promised for and…read moreshe got hostile. The quote she sent originally included quite a few things and she made it clear that the quote was wrong? Besides that, the sellers of the home stated they paid for "All bedrooms. Ceiling fans, bathrooms, garage, kitchen cabinets, oven, base boards.". Hasina threw a fit when I quoted what the sellers paid for and said that she wouldn't do it unless we paid her more even thought it was already paid for by the sellers. Besides this whole interaction, my buyers reached out to her to ask her some questions about what she did end up cleaning in their new home and Hasina retaliated back with racial language and making fun of "their country". I've never seen any adult woman act like this ever, don't worry though. I'll be calling up all my escrow companies I've used and telling them about your "customer service" so they don't use you. I guess she didn't want to take accountability for her cleaning as the sellers paid for it, meaning she can do a bad job since it'll only affect the buyers.

WARNING: Avoid This Company Do NOT hire Cut N Dry…read moreRestoration. Their substandard work resulted in months of extreme hardship, severe cross-contamination, and a job they ultimately abandoned. Cut N Dry was called in by the plumber, following a toilet leak in our master bathroom that affected the kitchen ceiling below. On day one, their crew failed to follow basic IICRC safety guidelines for a Category 3 loss. They performed mold remediation without a negative air pressure chamber, mishandled contaminated material, and left the house with incorrectly set up containments under positive air pressure. Shortly after the crew left, both incorrectly set up chambers failed, cross-contaminating our main living spaces and entire house, as we were allowed to run the AC. Although the next morning, Garrett, the operations manager, acknowledged the wrong set up of the containment chambers, and put up new negative air pressure chambers, he and the company refused to take responsibility for the resulting cross-contamination and its proper clean up. Despite photographic and video evidence, in addition to lab findings, they refused to follow IICRC guidelines, perform the required Condition 2 cleanup--including HEPA vacuuming, antimicrobial wiping, and HVAC evaluation--and instead abandoned the job, leaving us to deal with this enormous costly and time-consuming tasks, and live in an unsafe cross-contaminated house, they had created. As a result, we endured 2.5 months of extreme hardship, had to live in contaminated living spaces left behind, and were unable to use our master bedroom, bathroom, or shower which testing revealed harmful type and or level of spores. My advice to other homeowners: Based on our horrible experience with Cut N Dry, I would avoid them at all cost.

Basically, they overcharged my insurance company for work *never* done, torn out my cabinet and…read morethen abandoned the project. I had a minor water leak under my kitchen sink. They were recommended by the plumber. They grabbed the insurance info and sent my insurance company a bill for $8K+ for water leak mitigation work *that* *was* *never* *done*. The insurance company cut me a check for $1K+ for the 3' of cabinet replacement. Then they sent DCR a check for $5K for water damage mitigation work. It took a lot of prompting to the crew back to complete their tear-out work ( took out the cabinet below the sink to expose the sub-flooring to see if there was water damage. luckily there was not ). Then another crew came out to look at doing the cabinet rebuild. They sent a bid to replace *all* the kitchen cabinets for $35K+ then was bugging me to follow up with my insurance company !! Seriously, WTAF. It was 3' of damage. The insurance assessor was on point with the scope. It's a relatively new cabinet installation ( 5 years ). There's no way to justify a complete kitchen cabinet rebuild. Communication is crap. Follow-through is like pulling teeth. They got their $5K from the insurance company for about $ 1.5K work and jetted. Profit! IDK, they got good reviews from other folks. For me, the scope of the damage was small and I feel they scammed my insurance company. Avoid!

Plumber came…read moreout and fixed the issue very easily but recommended we reach out to a restoration company so they could inspect for water damage since we weren't sure if there had been any pooling in the ceiling or anything. He recommended Clear Coast Restoration. It was another week or so before we called them and they said they could come out the following Saturday. It had been a very slow dripping leak so we weren't too worried but they called back a couple days later asking if they could come later in the evening the next day to make sure there wasn't any major damage. Dillan (sp?) drove all the way from Rancho Cucamonga on a Monday night at 6pm to come and check this out! We live in Rancho Santa Margarita and despite the similar name, they are NO WHERE NEAR EACH OTHER! He was so kind and tested for moisture both upstairs and downstairs and even answered some questions I had about a creaky, warped floor. He had an ugly commute to our house and then drove all the way home for NO business! He was so kind and I felt so bad for having him drive all the way out here, only to find everything was totally dry! If we ever have a leak or restoration work that needs to be done, we know who we're calling. If they put this much effort into a possible job, I can only imagine the quality of their customer care when it's a real test of their craftsmanship. Thank you for driving all the way out to us and taking the time to inspect our (non) issue!

The day of the cleaning the guys coming to do the cleaning first called to say they were on their way, and also offered to bring Starbucks coffee for us. Booties were worn by them, as well as providing us with them to walk on the carpeting after they completed the work. Protection was layed down on our flooring and around all corners so as not to damage anything in our home. As Eric explained during the quoting process, if we removed the small items from furniture they would put foam protection under that furniture so has not to damage the carpeting while it was drying. Very satisfied.
