This business will be moving to 10028 Manchester Rd, #217, at the corner of Sappington, because…read morethe building they have been in will soon be torn down. Their new location will not be as convenient for me but I will keep going to them and here is why: Once, about 10 years ago, I went to this place with my son's favorite teddy bear, which he had soiled as part of a "toileting accident". I was hoping they could dry clean it so the fur would still feel soft after it was cleaned. The lady working then told me that sometimes the dry cleaning chemicals destroy the eyes of stuffed animals and recommended I try washing it in one of the oversized washing machines at the laundry mat instead. I did that, and the fur came out kind of stiff but it was clean and still had its eyes intact. She didn't have to be so helpful to me with my problem and I really appreciate how she was conscientious enough to be so honest and not take my money for something she thought not might have a good outcome. Since that incident I have t all my dry cleaning to this place and feel good about giving my money to real people who care about their business and care about doing the right thing instead of some big chain which.... Who knows where the money they get goes?

A bit more pricey than some other places, but I'd gladly pay a bit more for quality care and good service, which can be severely lacking at many of the big chain dry cleaners (i.e., American Cleaners).

Let's face it--no one actually likes going to the laundromat. But when you're in a transition…read moreperiod between machines and desperate times call for desperate measures, Lily's is the place to go. I messaged them on Facebook on Easter Sunday, not expecting a reply, but Andrew (the owner) got back to me immediately to confirm they were open. When I arrived, he was there personally keeping the place tidy, recognized me from our messages, and introduced himself. His customer service is some of the best I've encountered in a long time--he even gave me a free extra rinse when I went a little heavy on the soap! Whoops The facility is spotless, the bathroom is clean, and all the washers and dryers are brand-new Speed Queens. I cannot recommend Lily's enough!

Everything worked great using the SpeedQueen app on my iPhone. And it's very close to me, very convenient. My only complaint is that everything online indicates it has free WiFi but there were no instructions anywhere in here to indicate the network name or password. I couldn't use my laptop to do some online work like I had hoped. The other place I've been using since the old laundromat closed is further away by about 10 minutes, but is about as nice and has free WiFi. If there is free WiFi here or added that I can log into, I will switch to this place!

I explained how disappointed I was because when I dropped off the garments, there was no mention about having to replace the fabric of the belt loops or completely altering the back of the skirt where the zipper was. She asked what she could do to make it right. I could tell she really cares about her business and customers, as well as the quality of work they produce. I explained that there wasn't much because of how altered they both were but instead, to make sure her parents fully understood what the customer was wanting and not to be afraid to say no if they couldn't actually do it. She agreed and again, couldn't have been more apologetic. This was a learning lesson for both parties and I know how to move forward. In the beginning, she asked if she could give me a refund. I declined at first because I wasn't seeking one but instead, was really hoping something could be done about my clothes. After a few phone calls, I decided I'd go ahead and take it. Prior to this, It had been a while since I've brought something to them but because this was handled so professionally, I'll continue using them but for dry cleaning only. Michelle, thank you for your kindness and empathy you displayed in trying to remedy this situation.

The dress was pretty clean but the bottom was pretty dirty from our outdoor wedding. Their service was excellent. They got it cleaned and packaged up in box within two weeks of dropping it off there. The communication they provided was excellent. They even sent a text message when the dress was ready for pickup. The quality of work was well worth the cost. The dress cleaning and preservation was $260 then they offered two size boxes. The medium box was $80 and the large box was $100. My wife's dress luckily fit into a medium box so I walked away with an out the door price of $360. I was not aware until I picked it up that the box I purchased came with a window so that you could still see the dress while keeping it packaged up and looking nice! I would highly recommend this place for all your dry cleaning needs and especially if you're looking to have your wedding dress preserved. My rating : BEST

There was still a note on it that said replace double zipper with single zipper. The lady told me they'd have to call me with the price, which I thought was odd. They told me this last time when I off dropped a dress. We already know what the item is - it's a basic tablecloth. Why does a cleaners have to call you with the price of a basic item people would normally bring to a cleaners? Does Valvoline have to call you with the price of an oil change? Does McDonald's have to call you with the price of a cheeseburger, hold the pickles? This isn't the wedding dress worn by Queen Elisabeth II, it's a tablecloth. So, they call me, and my mouth dropped when they told me the price would be $69.95. Excuse me. Twilight Zone. Keep in mind, this is not a tablecloth for a formal event like a wedding. This is a cheap, thin polyester tablecloths that you'd use for a beer pong table that they sell at Party City in a pack of 10 for $13.99 You heard right. A pack of 10 of these circa 52 x 106 inch tablecloths is $13.99. That averages to out to be $1.40 each to BUY. They wanted to charge me $69.99 to clean and press ONE novelty tablecloth that cost me $1.40 each. I found a laundromat and they charged me $14 to launder and fold all 10. And they all look great. So I'm not sure what I'm the world they're doing differently that would justify a $69.95 cleaning, using 24 KT gold as detergent? Oi Vei. It would help if people running a cleaners actually knew about, I don't know, cleaning?
