I had trouble reaching anyone by phone and my first email was missed, which was frustrating. Karen and Yvonne stepped in and were very helpful getting it resolved. Yvonne personally rewashed my comforter and it came back absolutely perfect -- so clean, fluffy, and it smells amazing. She is honestly the nicest person and a pleasure to do business with. She makes you feel so welcome every time. I 100% recommend their laundry drop off service now. They made a mistake but they owned it and fixed it better than I expected. Thank you Yvonne and Karen at the Riverside location for the great customer service!

Unfortunately the place has become significantly less clean as the year has continued, and several washing machines and dryers are often out of order. Additionally, they have a perpetual ceiling leak or A/C vent issue because the ceiling above the folding counter is always disintegrating, molding, and showing water damage. The machines that do work are fine, the owner is very nice, and it's still nice that you don't need to use quarters. However, at least one of the card loading machines is always broken while the other is testy. I'm happy to report I've found a cleaner, better laundromat off of Fourth and Mountain that has a huge variety of washing machine sizes and a card system that takes credit card. Original review posted 8/14/16: This laundry mat is clean, has a good assortment of machines, a nice counter for folding, and is decently priced. They have a card system (must purchase with exact cash $3, additional cash to load). It's nice to not have the hassle of quarters. I will definitely be making this my home laundromat.
