5 Thumbs Down. They ruined my brand new shorts not once but two times. I gave them a second chance to fix what they ruined. When I took my ruined clothes back for the cleaners to fix the male owner yelled at me telling me that they could not fix my shorts. He then tells me that they will not fix it and dared to tell me that it wasn't their fault my shorts didn't no longer fit me and that maybe I had gained weight! They also ruined new pair of black pants and a black blouse. Their services are no good. Not to mention their prices are inconsistent but they price you based on how you dress. Owners are unfriendly, don't smile , very rude. Poor customer service. read more

I took my slacks to get altered and the owner didn't alter them how I wanted them. So I came back because I wanted to alter them to my liking and was willing to pay. But when I mentioned that they weren't altered the way I wanted them he rolled his eyes and kept giving me an attitude the whole time. I just wanted to fix the problem since I wear suits a lot and this was my first time altering them at this place. I'm 6'2 on the slimmer side and the way he altered them left me looking like I was back in the 80's swimming in those slacks. I tried to explain I wanted them tapered more than that since I have all my suits that way. He said "I know what I'm doing, I'm a professional. That's not how you tailor slacks"??? I'm the customer that is getting his slacks tailored so I'm not sure why I kept getting an attitude when he didn't tailor them correctly. He didn't want to fix the problem so when I was about to walk out he changed his mind but still with an attitude. I couldn't take the attitude anymore so I decided to go to the place I normally go that doesn't give me these issues. I don't usually make a big deal about things, but Costumer service is a big deal especially if people are paying and they are just trying to fix the problem that they paid you to fix. read more

I don't recommend this cleaners place to anyone unless you want bad service. I just went there to see if they can cut off and inch and a half on 8 white under shirts and they wanted $6 per t-shirt. I asked them if they can do better on the price and the Asian man there told me if I wanted a better price I should go to Mexico. It upset me and i told him I would go to China instead. Horrible service! Brides to be, beware of taking your wedding gown and vail to be preserved at this location. After 8 years of having my wedding gown and vail in a specialty box, I decided to donate it to my niece. Once I opened the box, I discovered that my vail was missing. So for 8 years I thought my precious items were secured, but instead either the owner ruined or stole my vail. I called him and he yelled at me. The owner is garbage, so please go somewhere else. read more
