However after an hour or so trying to clean the rug they said most of the stain was gone. The carpet is an ivory color and when wet it appeared the stain was reduced. I did mention that the stain would show up again when it was dry. After drying out I checked the rug and the stain was worse. I called them and they came back out again and after 2 hours ,using the same cleaning method ,the stain was still there. They have some unusual methods of stain removal but none of them worked. The guy who runs the business in Houston was full of excuses for why he couldn't remove. I agreed with him an amount to compensate for permanently damaging the rug. The next day he went back on his word and refused to honor the agreement. Avoid this company at all costs. They are incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. Also honesty is not one of their traits. There are a lot of good cleaning companies in Houston, I unfortunately chose the wrong one.

The property owner waited 3 hours and be never came back. See photos indicating that the machine used, scraped layers of rock shavings off of the rock leaving a huge wet muddy mess. We scheduled an appointment and he worked tirelessly for more than 10 hours on our floors. I did not think it was possible to remove the filth that had been left on our floor. Dennis did an amazing job!! His bid was accurate, the dirt and filth cleaned away and we were able to continue with our house rebuild. With our rebuild 95% complete in October, we again hired Dennis to clean, color enhance and seal our slate floor. Dennis is by far the best floor cleaning serviceman I have seen work. Again, he was very professional; he inspected the floors, determined his bid and set a date for service. He was very responsive to my work schedule. At the completion of work, the floor looked amazing. They had never looked this clean, better than brand new. The slate shines and the different shades of colors are now noticeable.
