What impressed me from the very beginning was their approach to working with customers. Their initial communication was very detailed and explained how they take the time to understand each homeowner's needs, concerns, and long-term plans before recommending a solution. I appreciated that they did not take a one-size-fits-all approach or simply push the most expensive option. Their estimate for my new roof was very fair, and Ryan, the owner, was outstanding throughout the entire process. He maintained regular communication, kept me informed, and was always personable, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. I felt very comfortable with both his recommendations and the work being performed. The crew was timely, completed the new roof efficiently, and did an excellent job. I was also very impressed with how thoroughly they cleaned up the property afterward. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and the entire customer experience. It is refreshing to work with a company that combines fair pricing, strong communication, professionalism, and quality workmanship. I plan to continue using The Repair Guys for annual roof inspections going forward and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I got multiple quotes, and chose to hire CopperWest Roofing. Here's why. First, CopperWest Roofing is not some big roofing company with lots of overhead, where you're just another job. They're a family-owned, local small business, and the owner, Jordon, is actually out there on the job, hustling every single day making sure everything is going smoothly. If you have a question, you just ask Jordon. He gives you his cell number and tells you to call or text him anytime if you have questions, comments, or concerns. Direct access to the owner, that kind of service is pretty rare these days. I also liked that they're not trying to impress people with a bunch of flashy trucks or a huge sales pitch that you end up paying extra money for. It's just an honest, hands-on, owner-run business that takes pride in doing quality work and treating people right. His business obviously runs on his reputation, and word of mouth recommendations, and I definitely recommend giving him a call, or send him a note through the website. The roof looks great, the crew cleaned up before they left every day, the communication was excellent, and the whole process was stress-free. If you're looking for a roofing company that works hard, cares about the work they do and their customers satisfaction, I'd definitely recommend CopperWest Roofing.
