Precise Services AZ is absolutely incredible! We had struggled to find a landscaping service that was both affordable and professional and wouldn't break the bank. We had seen their work around our neighborhood a lot and thought they did a great job. We needed to get artificial grass and a paver border in our back yard. The owner came out with his partner and did an assessment of our property and quoted us a very fair deal. Better than some of our friends who had had the same work done. Due to the large size of the grass area, we asked them if they could do the work in phases. They were more than willing to work with us and came up with various ideas on how to complete the work. They even provided a sketch for what it could look like. They were available to start the next day. They were originally going to do the turf (dig 3-4 inches, weed barriers, compact gravel/aggregate base, lay high quality/pet friendly turf, and infill), remove 3 huge inground boulders, and clean up our surrounding rock as the first phase and leave our existing border until phase 2. They were even willing to help breakdown our old rotted wood play set. However, they called me the night before and mentioned that they had a pallet of left over paver from a different job and said they would lay the paver border down for us for no extra charge. They wanted to make sure they did the job right and make sure it all looked nice for us. They basically completed everything in 8 hours and came back the following day to just lay the turf on. They cleaned up their work area and even some of the front and side of our house. I feel like this company is in the business of helping others and they work really hard at making sure they leave you with a well-made product that will last a long time. Very highly recommend this company! Couldn't be happier with the results! The kids haven't been inside since and we can finally enjoy our backyard! read more

**5 Stars! ** I can't say enough about the magic that Precise Services brought to the rehab of my rental home in Phoenix! Owned by a dynamic husband-and-wife team, they truly turned what seemed like a disaster into a diamond! Their team of skilled professionals handled everything from roof repairs, plumbing, and painting to installing beautiful tile floors and more. They are a one-stop shop for any home project you can imagine! Living out of state, I was initially worried about not being on-site, but Kim, one of the owners, put all my concerns to rest. She stayed in constant touch, and we did FaceTime calls when she visited the house. Her dedication and attention to detail were absolutely reassuring. Their motto, "We can do it," isn't just a saying--it's a promise they deliver on time and again. Kim and her team went above and beyond to find the best deals on materials. For instance, they managed to get me stunning tile flooring at the price of laminate--what a win! They also installed new quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, making everything look sleek and modern without breaking the bank. Kim's warm and approachable nature makes her not just a pleasure to work with but someone who genuinely listens to your needs. Her eye for detail and ability to suggest cost-effective options are remarkable. It's clear she's not only a true professional but also a genuinely amazing person. My family and I are blown away with the quality of work and timely manner in which everything was completed. Precise transformed both of our yards and painted the exterior of our house. From our first consultation with Precise to project completion it was 2 weeks! They laid A LOT of pavers in the front and back yard (including an amazing paver driveway), installed grass turf, brought in all new rock for the front yard and back yard, planted a new tree and several bushes for us. They also removed a tree and several old tree stumps. Kim, Fernando, and company were a breeze to work with. The crew was extremely timely everyday and worked diligently. Precise was referred to us from a coworker who raved about the job they did for them. I already had high expectations but Precise blew those out of the water. My family and I are so grateful for the work they did for us. They will be our first call for our next big project! read more

Outstanding Experience- Highly Recommend I recently had Precise Hardscapes renovate my front yard, removing the old rock and concrete pathway and replacing everything with beautiful pavers and turf. The entire project exceeded my expectations. The crew was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. They started promptly, worked quickly without cutting corners, and completed the job in just a few days. The workmanship is excellent! Everything looks clean, level and thoughtfully finished. James was especially tentative throughout the process. He kept me informed at every step, provided several design renditions, and let me choose the final look. His communication and responsiveness made the project stress-free. Overall, this was a terrific experience. Great communication, a skilled crew, and fantastic results. I highly recommend Precise Hardscapes for your next landscaping or Hardscape project. -Chris Castaneda read more
