Precise Services AZ is absolutely incredible! We had struggled to find a landscaping service that was both affordable and professional and wouldn't break the bank. We had seen their work around our neighborhood a lot and thought they did a great job. We needed to get artificial grass and a paver border in our back yard. The owner came out with his partner and did an assessment of our property and quoted us a very fair deal. Better than some of our friends who had had the same work done. Due to the large size of the grass area, we asked them if they could do the work in phases. They were more than willing to work with us and came up with various ideas on how to complete the work. They even provided a sketch for what it could look like. They were available to start the next day. They were originally going to do the turf (dig 3-4 inches, weed barriers, compact gravel/aggregate base, lay high quality/pet friendly turf, and infill), remove 3 huge inground boulders, and clean up our surrounding rock as the first phase and leave our existing border until phase 2. They were even willing to help breakdown our old rotted wood play set. However, they called me the night before and mentioned that they had a pallet of left over paver from a different job and said they would lay the paver border down for us for no extra charge. They wanted to make sure they did the job right and make sure it all looked nice for us. They basically completed everything in 8 hours and came back the following day to just lay the turf on. They cleaned up their work area and even some of the front and side of our house. I feel like this company is in the business of helping others and they work really hard at making sure they leave you with a well-made product that will last a long time. My family and I are blown away with the quality of work and timely manner in which everything was completed. Precise transformed both of our yards and painted the exterior of our house. From our first consultation with Precise to project completion it was 2 weeks! They laid A LOT of pavers in the front and back yard (including an amazing paver driveway), installed grass turf, brought in all new rock for the front yard and back yard, planted a new tree and several bushes for us. They also removed a tree and several old tree stumps. Kim, Fernando, and company were a breeze to work with. The crew was extremely timely everyday and worked diligently. Precise Home Services did a full interior and exterior home renovation on our 1948 Sears Catalog home in Chandler Arizona. They repaired and replaces all the damaged drywall, they raised the ceiling throughout, they installed new hard floors and new carpet throughout. They where here the day after my insurance approved me getting a new roof.
