The host of #BarbershopComedy was GREAT! He's such a welcoming, funny guy. They had some really funny comedians, I was not expecting that, but they exceeded my expectations!! All of the waitresses are gorgeous and kind. The food was WAY BETTER than what I thought. Better than most comedy clubs, probably because it's a restaurant also. Quesadilla was good, needed more flavor, but decent. The BBQ wings were good, but had too much sauce on them. The drinks were ok. They even had hot mint tea with honey and lemons. False advertising and terrible management. Came here for a well advertised pottery class. Instructor was super nice - and that's the only positive I have. You get modeling clay (like the kind in kindergarten). No kiln and no spinning molders. No real clay to actually make lasting pottery. Owner was very rude and tried to move us into a small room to make space for a fight he sold the rooftop to. I was a little concerned based on the reviews, but I didn't let it steer me away, especially considering I got a great deal on Groupon for their bottomless mimosas. We came Thanksgiving weekend, shortly after 2pm which I was happy we did since it wasn't packed and they end bottomless at 5pm. That alone is a game changer, especially for the folks who don't want brunch and just like to enjoy mimosas on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. I can definitely see it being more vibey on a busy weekend where people aren't traveling for the holidays, but this was perfect for us. They were also playing some great music, a little Sza moment if you will. Restaurant is located upstairs and has both an indoor/outdoor area to sit. We sat in the patio as it was a nice day. The patio is covered, has heaters, and walls and ceiling are covered with fake grass and flowers. There was a tv also playing the football game. Jupiter was our server. He was super attentive and helpful! His energy was great and was so kind when we requested to change tables as we wanted a little more sun. The mimosas came in a gold champagne flute which made me feel like I was in VH1 Love is Blind. I was so here for that! They offered pineapple, orange, and cranberry flavor mimosas, all which were great! We ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and Cheeseburger that were each served with seasoned fries. We were definately a fan of their fries. It's the big cut, soft but fully cooked style. If your wanting that small thin fry crispy stuff, it's not here. This is more of a preference thing. We also ordered their nachos with steak. Home made chips! You can tell they were fresh out the fryer topped with the cheese. The meat was so perfectly seasoned, served with guac, pico, and salsa verde on the side which was different than how nachos are typically served but we didn't mind at all. We were all happy and satisfied with the dishes we ordered. They also host several events, so follow them online to see. From candle making, to silent disco, to paint and sip, it looks like they don't fall short of entertainment. Only things I wish was that their plates wouldn't be plastic with disposable condiment containers, felt cheap like those mom and pop burger joints where they serve burgers and ranch on the side. Soooo cute! So I want to start off by saying I got the pottery deal with GroupOn, however I got booked for paint and sip.. not sure what happen there but to be honest I didn't really care because the coupon was worth it and it wasn't a big deal to me. I was greeted by Ashley who was very kind and welcoming. She offered me a variety of drinks and was super knowledgeable on it. I came with my friend and we proceeded to follow Taylor our painting instructor. Very friendly, very good with instructions and perfect pace! Our drinks came by and they were BOMB (I got the lemon drop and my friend got the margarita and then I got a mojito later). I really enjoyed the class, the scenery and even the other ladies that were there sharing their special occasions.. My two thumbs down go to 1) the restroom bc it was DISGUSTING. And 2) an incident that occurred during paint and sip that I really want to shine light on because I didn't appreciate what occurred. Apparently there was a misunderstanding between the drink situation and the the server who offered it. Taylor decided to scold Ashley in front of everyone during the paint and sip class which I thought was really unprofessional and very uncomfortable. Did the girl mess up? Maybe. But that's a side talk. And there is nothing that irks me more than seeing someone get another employee in trouble in front of patrons. We went there for a quick brunch since Roscoe's wasn't open due to an event. Place was pretty cute and had music, it's getting two stars just because food was decent. The service though needs help! Took more than 20 minutes just to get water, and we had ordered "bottomless mimosas" at the same time of water which came out about 30min in. Which usually my partner and I can keep drinking no problem unless you like constantly waiting for a refill not the place to go we got maybe 6 each in the couple hours we were there. The server would bring something and disappear every time you wouldn't see here for a while. When we finished our food she had us pay and stated she would keep bringing drinks, which was one. We then sat there for a good 30 minutes and nothing our time on parking was going to expire so we decided to leave. I am actually really surprised reading the reviews of this place considering their lack of staffing and managerial presence. The experience I had here ensured I will never be returning and I would deter others from going, especially for a paint and sip. The nice woman checking people in also happened to be the paint instructor. Once checked in we were instructed to wait at the bar for our included drink. We waited for about 20 minutes for the one bartender (who was also the only server) to take our order, and after 20 minutes we decided we should just find a seat and order during the class. As we make our way outside we see about 30-40 people cramped into an outdoor patio space with only three seats scattered throughout the patio left. We asked the server/bartender/food runner lady where we were supposed to sit and she pointed to the scattered seats. There was about 6 people behind us that still needed a seat to, yet no space was even available. We asked for a refund from the bartender/food runner and she told us we can't get a refund and laughed at our concern once she tried to send us on our way. The cook tried to help and call the manager (who was not on the property) and the manager did not answer. This event was oversold and underprepared to service the people that paid $50+ dollars to be there. Do better. read more

They charged us for the painting class when they didn't even have seats available for us. When asked for a refund Ida said to call cause she's not going to do that for us. When we told her the situation she walked away from us and laughed every time she walked past. The lovely lady who helped us at first helped us with the refund and when asked for idas name so we can talk to the manager about her she ignored us and kept trying to brush past it. Our waitress was sweet and helpful and we never felt neglected. The food was good, but nothing special. I ordered an omelette and the fruit plate. The potatoes that came with the omelette were my favorite part of the meal. We also purchased a hookah because why not. Hookah was good and I see realize maybe that's the real appeal of this place. Probably best to skip the lunch and come here after the bar or club. It's a rooftop but there's no real view and the area we sat in was pretty much all covered. Went for the first time yesterday. Had a reservation a week in advance for romantic dinner for two with a private paint session. After check in we were told right away that the reservation they messed up on and they could not do the private paint session because the artist did not want to go back and forth. Okay I get it things happen we chose to stay and do it with the group. Was supposed to be at 530 they were running behind so we chose to eat first. Food was not great and barely mediocre. They offered us a complimentary drink for the mistake however we are not big drinkers so something else should have been offered. After eating we were still waiting for the class to get started mind you this is now 45 minutes behind. They finally tell us we can go sit in and then we wait another 15 minutes only to be told that the artist quit and now they have no one to teach the class so we can free paint. We just left we were not impressed with this place at all and will not return. I did ask to reschedule and told the girl how disappointed we were especially after an hour drive to get there. She gave a little attitude. I feel for her as she had no one there helping her and she was doing the best she could. Makes me wonder what kind of business is being ran when an employee quits on the spot right before needing to teach a class. We will do a sip and paint somewhere else in the future. One of the outdoor heaters was missing the lid and caused the plastic flowers to melt and drop into it. It took the restaurant multiple requests and the flame to rise before addressing it. They advertise drinks with alcohol (vodka, etc.) but the fine print says it's high proof wine, who does that? Ordered the mimosas since it was bottomless and it's Saturday. It comes pre-mixed and the waitress is unable to adjust the juice level. The nachos were plain and the chicken was overcooked. We stopped ordering at this point and went somewhere else. read more

Service has gone down DRASTICALLY. Could be a great place but unfortunately it's not. Coals were spilled on our lap when hookah was being placed. It got even worse when ranch was spilled on our friend's head when food was being placed on the table. Not to mention it took us SO long to get anything served (1hr since ordering) Hookah had to be sent back cause it wasn't hitting wtf is the point of using some weird hookah device if it doesn't work.
