It's a family business (which is a plus). Michael gave me options - for both plaster and PebbleSheen (providing costs and pros & cons); I chose the PebbleSheen. They did an outstanding job. After demoing the pool, it became evident that I needed to replace the coping (not planned or anticipated). Again, I was given options, including a fair and reasonable estimate to add that work. They managed to get it done as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. They have a large team with specialized talents to keep the project on schedule while maintaining high quality workmanship.
