I called Shaun, and he sent out one of his technicians. The tech was great. He first made an adjustment to the hinge and when he noticed the gate was still not closing quick enough, he replaced the hinge. Carlo came out to give me a quote almost immediately and once I made my decision to go with Vinyl Professionals they scheduled the project to start the following Monday with expected complete date of Friday. They beat this end date by 1.5 days. My project involved a wood patio cover tear down which they completed on day one and a rebuild in vinyl to mirror the wood design. I had a few projects done by them. On the first one, the workers were cigarette smokers and left their butts all over my property. Carlo had to come out and pick them up. Then the wind came and weakened all of the posts that were set in concrete. The rebar was not deep enough and they had to come and reinstall. Now I have an issue with my gate. There are 2 points on the gate that have cracked and the post that the gate hinges on has come loose from its foundation. I notified Carlo in June to send someone out to do the repairs. I keep getting the run around and promises to come out and fix it. So here we are in December and nothing has been done, let alone no one to come out and verify the damage. Look for fencing elsewhere. Nice vinyl but lousy customer service. read more

This company is a family business. We called for an estimate, Carlo came out the next day. He gave us a good price and we booked it with a small deposit. He said it would be about 2 weeks. He called me back the next day and said he had come up with an idea for our yard, he visited again, showed us his idea which we loved and he left saying they'd be in touch when the gates were ready for the install.
