She's super easy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. A couple days later she came to my house, we talked about what I wanted and she took measurements. I had the quote later that evening which was awesome. The quote was very reasonable and don't tell her, but it was actually lower than I thought it would be. They ordered our material, came out a few days later and installed it. Our patio cover was not the biggest project in the world, but they made me feel that our business was important to them. Zero regrets!!! We waited a long time to add these structures to our home. Living in Santa Clarita, the climate can feel like the surface of the sun. These awnings were completed just before the constant 100° weather we've been having and it has been life saving. Now let me tell you about the work that was done. Patio Covered has a wonderful team of construction people and an electrician that plowed through this job like it was no big deal but made sure our desires were incorporated into the project throughout. The work was done quickly, honestly and clean. We asked that it be finished for a party we were having and not only was it done on time, but I didn't have to pick up after them to set up. The electrician asked where we would like to access switches and he made it work with very little disruption or damage to the wall. They did what they said they were going to do. They showed up on time and were courteous, respectful, clean and very professional. They were transparent about something that was delivered damaged and fixed the problem without us having to ask them to do so. This experience was definitely not your typical construction project and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. They were also reasonably priced, so it was a win win!! We were in a bit of a pickle needing to replace a wooden patio cover with an alumawood one due changes in building code for our area with high-fire-severity zone building restrictions. After months of back and forth with our local permit office, it was such a relief to have PatioCovered step in and take over the process for us. We could not be happier with our decision to use Patio Covered! We purchased a home and the back of the house gets the afternoon sun- and we had no patio cover or shade. It was hot! From my first call to the last we had nothing but top notch communication and customer service with Michelle and her team. When ordering our cover we understood that there was a wait due to production and backlog of installation due to catching up on production delays due to the pandemic. We knew up front the estimated window of time when the cover should be installed, and it was right on point. Of course we'd have a couple rainy days during our installation- but that didn't throw us too far off schedule. We were expecting a longer delay but Michelle and her team made it work seamlessly. Michelle had us out to the showroom and gave us tips and feedback as we were doing a 20x18 free standing structure with lights and fans. We went with the gray insulated cover and are so happy with the finished product. They so cleanly cut the footings and it looks so good. The white and gray fits our yard and will look even better once we repaint our house. The installation team were great and so was the electrician. We contacted these folks with just a couple weeks left to go before moving to Nevada. We let them know we wanted our existing wood lattice patio cover demoed in favor of whatever they could or would recommend. Patio Covered did not do our original installation of our Alumawood patio several years ago. However, recently I noticed that our patio was missing some small caps in the patio posts. I tried to contact the Alumawood Corporate office to see if they could send me some replacements , or where I could purchase them? Their mailbox was full. I then found Patio Covered online and thought I would just give them a call to see if the had any recommendations. Michelle picked up right away and knew exactly what I was referring to regarding the post caps. She asked how many I needed & the color.
