He was polite, professional and attentive to all of my needs. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. He later came out and measured the area and gave me a great quote for the job. Dwayne was able to show me examples of the materials he carried in stock. I also had him install motors to lift and lower the shades. When he arrived to install the shades, he had all materials and hardware needed for the job. He and his crew were able to install the shades in a short period of time. When they finished the installation, the crew cleaned the area of any debris and all trash. I am very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of Dwayne and his team. I am also pleased with the quality of the materials he used for the job. I have referred Dwayne to several people who saw my shades and wanted to have them installed at their houses. They were very pleased with his work. My wife and I were hesitant to add awnings as the one's we've seen around town looked outdated but we needed a long term solution to block sunlight/heat so we went with awnings. They not only do a great job of blocking the sun/heat (which in turn allows us to run the AC less) but they are beautiful as well! We are very happy with the look and work. I had one issue with the awnings- some water did leak through against the exterior wall during a rain storm, but Andres and team came out when the rain stopped and applied more sealent. He measured everything and gave us a price. We immediately liked him and okayed him to go ahead.
