Him and his crew started early and on time every morning and worked long days. At the end of every day they left the house clean and neat. Even with delays that were out of his control he finished my project on time. Ryan remodeled our kitchen, half bath, painted just about every room and installed new lighting, new flooring, woodwork and trim throughout our entire house. One was all aluminum, tow were wood based. I mentioned code compliance. The aluminum came in at the highest, with the black anodizement adding additional cost. We finally selected the middle one in cost. We talked about using pressure treated wood The was a lot of tension get the final plans excepted. In the end, supposedly with the inspector sigh off, it was not what was planned. The function of the ramp was acceptable, but not great. The worst part was the safety railing was a sloppy mess not up to any code. It had all put together with 1 1/2 brads and a brad gun, fast but not effective or up to code. They were so clean and professional with my neighbors gutters that I asked them to do the work on my house. Like most contractors they were busy, so I did have to call several times- but he never forgot who I was, he was just apologetic since he was so insanely busy. That's the only bad thing I can say about them- they are so good, they are very booked! They do good work and clean up after themselves- which is super important. They were also very affordable.
