The place he chose was Como En Casa, which means "Like at Home." So, off I went! Since I arrived first, I decided to secure a table/booth for the two of us. When I walked in, I was promptly greeted by Ms. Elizabeth, the hostess, who was warm, welcoming, and had the sweetest smile. She showed me to a booth in Mr. Daniel's section. The restaurant was very elegant, clean, and well organized. The staff was extremely busy, but what I noticed was that they seemed to genuinely be enjoying themselves while taking care of their customers. That always makes for a pleasant atmosphere. Mr. Daniel was our server, and he was polite, helpful, and efficient. While I waited for my brother to arrive, he brought me coffee, a bottle of water, and our menus. He gave us plenty of time to look everything over without rushing us. When it was time to order, I went with the Migas breakfast for $16.00, which came with scrambled eggs, tortilla chips, jalapeños, cheese, onions, tomatoes, homestyle potatoes, refried beans, a choice of corn or flour tortillas, and I added a side of turkey bacon.
