My skylight had been installed incorrectly by another company, which was contributing to the moisture issue. Since skylight repairs can be a relatively small job, I found that not many reputable companies were interested in doing this type of work. I was very happy to find Sunline Energy. Juan handled the skylight and related roof and flashing repairs, and I can't say enough about the quality of his work. He is a perfectionist and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. He went above and beyond and fixed both the skylight and surrounding roof area beyond my expectations. Based on my experience and the quality of Juan's work, I would highly recommend Sunline Energy to anyone needing skylight or related roof repairs.

I do not recommend this company, I wanted to cancel my agreement because they postponed install…read moredate on more than one ocasion, they wouldn't refund my $1,000 deposit even though they were not complying with the agreement, life got busy and I could not pursue filing in small claims court but after hearing about the experience others had with the company (a nightmare), I realized losing a $1,000 was very little compared to what others experienced, not a reliable company because if they couldn't fulfil the timeline they should have offered to cancel and refund deposit, very disappointing. Adding on after Sunline Energy's response: I did not mention the following yet it is important to do so, in 2024 3 roofing companies told me that the roof was past due on repair, I had mentioned what happened with Sunline Energy in 2023 and was told that your company as well as others install on roofs that are not healthy enough and even with replacement of shingles the plywood was not thick enough to support solar panels, in other words, Sunline never mentioned something that was felt just by walking on the roof, ethics should be as important as obtaining a sale because people work hard to keep there home maintained, honesty is the best policy, I understand that the company must achieve sales but situations as so are very disturbing, Sunline Energy continues to owe us $1,000 due to a deposit for a job that never took place.

It was seamless and "almost" right on the projected time frames. Through the process they kept me up to date and were available for a few questions I had along the way. At then end of the installation I was sad to see the man and his team go because they were so personable and efficient. The installers, Ilya and Max, worked incredibly hard, were respectful of our home, and thoroughly cleaned everything up when they were finished. A minor issue with the installation came to light a few days later. We called West Coast Heating and Air, and Christian, the technician, came out that same day. He worked overtime to quickly diagnose and remedy the problem, and we really appreciated his dedication and responsiveness. I highly recommend West Coast Heating and Air. ABSOLUTELY THE PERFECT CHOICE FOR YOUR SOLAR & BACKUP BATTERY NEEDS…read more.. After getting bids from several companies, someone suggested I talk with SolarFuze before deciding which Solar company to choose for our solar and backup battery project. My wife and I are so very happy we selected SolarFuze to work on our La Mesa home. I am a bit analytical, do lots of research and ask lots of questions before selecting the right company for us. I am happy to report my wife and I found Farid and the wonderful team from SolarFuze to be trustworthy professionals who listen well, communicate well, and do great work. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Farid's integrity and transparency. Farid graduated from SDSU as an electrical engineer. So, he was especially excellent at explaining potential solutions that may better help in achieving our project goals: new more power producing solar panels (to replace old panels from 2010) plus an additional backup battery for even more energy storage. We use both batteries nightly during peak utility rate hours... one for household essentials and the other for household air conditioning (and to help add EV charging especially during hot weather summertime power blackouts). Here's The Bottom Line: look at all the Many Very Satisfied SolarFuze Customer Reviews here on Yelp. There is a reason SolarFuze receives so many superb reviews. Now, be sure to contact SolarFuze. My wife & I are so proud to highly recommend SolarFuze for any home or business solar project. It's very likely you too will feel that the SolarFuze team goes "above and beyond" to ensure your satisfaction.

Farid was very transparent throughout the entire installation, keeping me informed every step of the way--there were no surprises. He personally handled all of the permits and inspections, and my permit to operate was approved by SDG&E within just four days. Farid was also very personable and always available by text or phone whenever I had questions. I was so impressed that I referred him to my next-door neighbor, who had their system installed just a few weeks later. They also shared how wonderful their experience with SolarFuze and Farid was. Not to mention he had the best pricing and deal out of every other company! Gabe made us feel comfortable with our decision, gave us all the information we wanted, and actually drove out to our house multiple times to chat when we had additional questions and concerns. Is Aloha a smaller company, yes, but will Gabe answer your call when needed, yes! Fast forward install happened within a couple weeks of signing the deal. Minas was the head installer it seemed (all people are internal employees with Aloha and work is NOT contracted out, that was a big seller for us), and two other guys Rigo and Matt. All were super nice and very professional. Minas walked me through everything at the end, and major bonus points once he installed the piping going from battery to roof, he asked if I had paint that matched the exterior of my house. I did, and he then painted all of the piping! I know he did not have to do that, so that was a fantastic touch.
