Upon walking in for my first time, the staff greeted me from behind the register. After looking at all the supplies, modules, and parts that were for sale, I felt like a kid in a candy shop! I've never seen a store quite like this and I was very excited. The shelves looked like my Amazon purchase history, although I had to restrain myself a bit to avoid upsetting the wife with my shopping spree. I was originally looking for multimeter fuse, sadly they didn't have the size I needed. The staff was extremely friendly and even gave me recommendations on where else I could go to find the fuse. The prices of everything else were extremely fair and would be comparable to being the same, or less than prices you would find online. Willy's is now my go-to for anything electric that I'm doing!

Chris, the owner, actually answered the phone. He said to bring it down. I came in that same day and he told me they would: clean it up, install new OS, remove junk, and speed it up overall. He quoted me end of the week, but it was ready sooner, so happy about because it would be ready for vacation. Total came out to about $430 with the rush fee. It's been about 6 weeks now and my computer is running amazing, so fast! They also have refurbished Macs for sale, which I'll be back for when my current computer stops working. Fast forward 18 months, and the screen developed some unusual wear. It didn't affect the picture, but it was noticeable on dark scenes. I figured I'd see what Best Buy had to say. From start to finish, the experience was incredible: Justin in Geek Squad genuinely cared about helping me and made the process easy. Carla, the Geek Squad technician, was knowledgeable, professional, and confirmed the issue was covered. Within hours, my claim was approved. I then worked with Stephen from the Audio/Video team, who went above and beyond to find the replacement TV I wanted, even though it wasn't in stock. Ryan, the Assistant Store Manager, also took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was taken care of. Great teams are built from the top, down and it shows. In the end, I received the newer model of my TV and even got about $500 back in store credit because of the price difference. I honestly couldn't be more impressed. This experience has truly changed my opinion of buying big-ticket electronics in-store. I'll absolutely be purchasing them from Best Buy going forward, and I'll always add the Protection plan. Last week I had to emergency purchase a new camera body for a shoot. Best Buy had it listed as "1-hour pickup," so I placed the order thinking I'd be able to grab it before my shoot. Hours later the order still wasn't ready so I figured I'd be able to grab it the next day. Come to find out the NEXT MORNING, they didn't actually have the camera in stock. When your livelihood depends on your equipment, listing something as available for pickup when it isn't can put someone's entire job at risk. And this isn't my first frustrating experience with them. I've also seen products priced higher right before a "sale," making the discount look way better than it actually is. I'm just so tired of corporate greed and huge companies getting away with practices that would absolutely destroy the reputation of a small business. Also customer service did absolutely nothing for me when I told them about the issue.

We had been quoted anywhere between $5,000-$15,000 to replace our sliding patio doors with French…read moredoors. Our garage is detached, so we could not lock our old patio doors, meaning if we wanted to use our garage, we either had to leave the house unlocked or walk around the block to our front door. We were told by all the other contractors that our doorway was a weird size, and that they were unable to install the doors without cutting into our drywall and stucco and removing our patio stairs. We were also told this would be a project that took multiple days. I posted our other quotes to Yelp to see if other contractors could beat it, and Sivan responded. Oded from Sivan came in and confirmed what I suspected: That what we were told by other contractors was wrong, and that they could easily replace our sliding patio doors with French doors with a lock, and that it could be done via retrofitting and would only take a matter of hours. Everyone at Sivan was easy to work with. My husband and I frequently have meetings during the day, so it's hard to have a call about house stuff. Everyone at Sivan was able to communicate via e-mail and text so we could handle things while in meetings, and they were super responsive even though we sometimes took months to respond because we had a baby since we originally reached out to them. We were able to get our doors done for $4,298.80, which was the best quote we had from any contractor and included labor, materials, and a warranty. In sum, we highly recommend Sivan if you are looking to replace your doors!

What immediately stood out to us was that he had ideas and solutions to address our pain points and make enhancements, we wouldn't have ever considered, and didn't just wait for us to tell him how we wanted things. He created a vision for us in that first quote visit. The other contractor we spoke to didn't provide any ideas just asked us how we wanted it. It was a very easy decision to go with Alon and Lumina Builders. Our project was estimated to take 2-3 months and ultimately took two and a half months to complete. We designed a brand new kitchen, addressing all of our concerns and adding a few recommendations from Alon to streamline some areas. They ripped everything out aside from the flooring and walls. We got brand new custom cabinets, custom lighting, and new countertops. Our fridge was moved to a new, more accessible area. Our sink was shifted down to align with the stove for continuity sake (never realized how much I hated it being in a corner previously). We had a new little cabinet built in our little breakfast nook area and we had an appliance garage built to house everything that took up counter space. Everything is so much brighter and more open and, even though we know the demensions are roughly the same, it feels so much wider. We are ecstatic with how everything came out. Alon is a genius. He was responsive to us throughout the project, checking in weekly to see how things were going, giving us peace of mind throughout this process, as first time remodelers. We were indecisive about the primary cabinet color (I was very worried we'd be stuck with something we didn't really like) but he worked with the cabinet makes to give us several samples to choose from. I just had Solar Fuze install a solar system on the roof of my home in Park Village, RPq, San Diego. They're easy to work with and did excellent work, providing me with a state of the art micro-inverter system for a good price. My roof has flat concrete tiles, which are easier to walk on than the more typical terracotta S tiles of the neighborhood, but are a bit more challenging for mounting the solar panels. The mounting system they use is rated to withstand winds up to 140 MPH. The installation looks good and the system performs well under test. We're currently waiting for the City and SDG&E to do their inspection and Admin work so we can turn it on full time. Solar Fuze support the systems they provide. They monitor the performance and will fix any problems that may occur, rather than passing you off to the equipment manufacturers. They have gone so far as to trim back overgrown vegetation to restore a system to full operating capacity. In the installation of my system they replaced broken tiles on my roof unrelated to their work, and they painted all the conduit to match the roof and the walls, not only for the solar system but also for my existing AC system, the power panel covers and the gas line. Great service. There is still time to take advantage of the 30% Federal Incentive Tax Credit, so long as the installation starts this year. Next year it reduces to 26%, and less in subsequent years. read more

Our family was thinking about going solar for many months and are grateful to have found SolarFuze because we are very pleased with the service they provided. We placed our solar panels on the hill side of our house, upon SolarFuze's recommendation. The team came with many tools to set the stage for the ground mount installation. Even though our hill was full of rocks, Solarfuze was so patient and made holes for the bases and created a long distance trench to the meter. Every step of the way, they coordinated with the city inspector and got their approval before moving on. La Mesa city inspection is very detailed and even then Solarfuze was able to complete the process quickly. Hello. I got Solarfuze installed in my home few years back. Every year. I get Credit back. Since I purchased my home in 2018. I also work for SolarFuze. IT IS TIME TO BREAK UP WITH SDGE, SCE, PGE, and many more and take control of your power. ' Cut Sdge's fees and can control rate increase. Even if you finance the system through a credit union for sale that payment will still be much less than your utility payment and then ultimately you will own that property. You are entitled to 30% tax credit customers get 30% spent and apply towards the principal and lower the Discharge battery at high rate times.(typically around 4-9pm) when the sun starts going down.) Farid, Thank you. We have been running the Solarworld panels and Enphase micro inverters you designed and installed for our home since December 2013. We have not paid an electric bill since. We recently made the last payment on the home equity loan - monthly payment was lower than the previous average electric bill. Last month we received another benefit: a $500 credit on our electric bill for our Chevy Bolt EV, so SDGE will definitely owe us the money at our "true-up" in November. He went to college for this, believe he grew up off grid on Maui and you can tell right away he's knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Not to mention he had the best pricing and deal out of every other company! Gabe made us feel comfortable with our decision, gave us all the information we wanted, and actually drove out to our house multiple times to chat when we had additional questions and concerns. Is Aloha a smaller company, yes, but will Gabe answer your call when needed, yes! Fast forward install happened within a couple weeks of signing the deal. Minas was the head installer it seemed (all people are internal employees with Aloha and work is NOT contracted out, that was a big seller for us), and two other guys Rigo and Matt. All were super nice and very professional. Minas walked me through everything at the end, and major bonus points once he installed the piping going from battery to roof, he asked if I had paint that matched the exterior of my house. I did, and he then painted all of the piping! I know he did not have to do that, so that was a fantastic touch. If you're thinking about solar, trust me, I did the research and I spoke to all of the sales people. GO WITH ALOHA! You will NOT be disappointed. Thanks to Gabe and the team!

He is honest, fair, personable, and took the time to explain everything throughout the project. What impressed me most was how much the team went above and beyond. They painted the electrical conduit to match the roof and wall colors, and even replaced a few roof tiles that were already broken. I didn't even ask for this! Stephan also pointed out some pre-existing electrical issues in the garage that were outside the solar project scope but worth fixing, which I appreciated because it showed real integrity. My system was a bit unconventional since I designed it myself around a programmable string inverter for more flexibility. I had spoken with several other solar companies beforehand, and many felt overly sales-driven and pushy. SRE was the opposite. They listened, understood what I wanted, and took pride in doing the job properly. I couldn't have found a better solar company. I highly recommend talking to SRE before signing with anyone else.

They were efficient, reasonably priced, and trustworthy in an industry that feels like trust is hard to attain. Ethan was thorough and thoughtful on the start up phase, explaining the process in a way that was easy to understand, and ensuring that I understood where my panels would go and what the most effective way to maximize output was. Stefan, who installed the panels and did all the electrical work, has incredible attention to detail and most importantly, pride in his work. He finished all the details, even painting any of the newly installed metal the same color as my house to make sure it looked seamless. Stefan also noticed that a panel of my wood fencing was coming off and fixed that too without any prompting which I just thought was a great sign of a good person on top of an excellent electrician. They also upgraded my main panel which was all original and desperately needed. I was so happy to have it all done at once. I highly recommend SRE Solar! SunLies is now denying warranty because I had a third-party (tesla certified installer) install an…read moreexpansion pack on my system. There is liteterally a federal law that says using a third-party installer does not void a warranty, unless the original installer/manufacturer can prove that the third part directly caused the warranty issue. Their warranty tech said that the expansion was not installed correctly as the exisiting breaker for the PW3 should have been upsized; what a crock of shit since the expansion pack does not increase the peak load on the circuit rather it only doubles the stored power available. The system had been working normally for almost 2 months and then has randomly disabled DC inputs; most likely an electronics issue with the PW3. Sunlight will lie and deny at any cost. The worst part is that they initially installed conduit incorrectly. Then tried to refuse to come fix it even though I had pointed out the problem during the install. Then when they fixed the conduit they took my system offline becasue the wired it incorrectly. Then when they fixed the wiring issue they didn't install the main panel cover correctly and the cover interfers with the breakers. They do subpar work and then make up things about the work done by others to try and void your warranty. What a sleezeball company - avoid at any cost!!! Guess they are willing to roll the dice with a law suit on voiding the warranty!
