    Classic breakfast sandwich
    Angelica R.

This spot is a hidden little gem. I found street parking right away (yayyyy) and found the adorable yellow cart quickly. The service was so friendly and fast. The cart was cute and clean. The sandwich was next level delicious. The home made English muffin is perfectly made. The sausage is super flavorful and the cheese pull on the sandwich was legitimately perfect. I can't wait to go try the other sandwiches.

This place knows how to make a breakfast sandwich! Sunrise is a food cart located down an alley with some other food carts/trucks. There is also a decent-sized covered seating area and a water refill spout. The menu is small which makes things easier to order and choose from. Most of my friends ordered the Breakfast Sandwich and I decided to order the Rene. It did take close to 30minutes for our order to come up which we weren't warned about... but once the food came up, we enjoyed every bite! It was a Saturday morning, but it didn't seem like there were many orders ahead of us. I do recommend this spot, but make sure you have time to wait...

My wife's first reaction was "it tastes homemade in the best way possible!" Been meaning to try this spot for a while, and for a quick neighborhood breakfast, this was a great option. It felt a bit spendy for what you end up getting, but everything being made in house definitely shines through in quality. People were unsurprisingly lovely! Glad to have this place in my back pocket.

    The OG!

Oh damn! The OG is a really, really good breakfast sando. Get it! The pod is pretty cool as well. Beer available.

I'm a terrible photographer, but look at that cheese!!

The best fresh, warm, homemade English muffins around. I always get a few extra to take home and surprise my kids with when they get home or for their breakfast before school the next day. The sandwiches are all super delicious. If you show up on a nice enough morning (or even some of the chilly ones - they have tons of heat lamps keeping you warm), you will see lots of people completely silent as they focus on their Sunrise Co. breakfast sandwiches. Sunrise also has espresso drinks, along with the juices. The drinks are good enough that I've seen customers come just for a beverage. Be patient - it sometimes takes a few moments to order and for food to be ready. There is a lot to do to produce perfect muffin and sandwich!

This place is UNREAL. Randy does everything himself, the homemade sausage patties and English muffins make it so irresistibly good and elevated. He deserves all the business.

I came after a review I read on Eater for FoPo area eats. I'm not a huge fried food fan but this place was good. I got the Steelhead trout fish and chips. Wait was ok they give you a buzzer so you can stroll around the food court. Took about 10 mins not bad. The locally sourced steelhead was a delicious surprise. Tender, juicy fish with crispy breading. Good seasoning. Fries were thicker so not as crispy but still hearty. 3 medium sized pieces of fish. They included ketchup for the fries as well as malt vinegar and tartar sauce for authentic fish dip. Wedge of lemon, too! All in a earth-friendly cardboard box. They take credit just fine. Very convenient location at Carts on Foster just down the street from where I was staying. So I walked back and enjoyed there. If you're staying you could probably cruise over to any local breweries or the bar cart for a beer to complement the fried food. Good time!!!

It was payday, my Friday, and my plans to make spaghetti carbonara were foiled by frozen bacon (…read moreoops) and a mountain of dirty dishes ( not. my. job.) and my freakin' exhaustion. Teen wanted boba, and we decided to order Mediterranean from this place which also strangely sells boba. Yes, I rewarded the chore avoidance. Sue me. I worked four tens, all week my mental health clients were stressed and distressed, and I was honestly a lump. We both ordered a Moroccan stewed chicken that comes with saffron rice, salad, and three spicy sauces - one yogurt and maybe sumac? , one sriracha, and one yogurt mixed with sriracha maybe? We liked the rice, chicken, salad, and the yogurt sauce. Just ok though. Not omg good. I wish the two other sauces had been in separate containers and not on the rice. My mint and honey tea was fine. Kid's boba was not full. Not because it spilled either, because it was sealed with the boba seal lid thingy. For $6 that was disappointing. The hummus and dolmades plate came with one sad not good pita, ONE, and I think our Uber eats driver flung it out the window like kids used to deliver newspapers from their bikes because yogurt sauce was freaking everywhere. The hummus was not great. Teen ( the dolmades fan) said the grape leaves were good. Probably not a repeat in store. One and done.
