Ambiance was nice and clean. All of their shelves were nice and neat and everything looks clean. This location has a drive through but it was blocked off with cones. Not sure what that's all about but I'm just glad I didn't take my two little girls with because I was planning on going through the drive through with them. Luckily mama was cool with them staying home while I made a quick solo trip. Overall: 4-stars - Product availability is hit or miss it seems. Can't speak on their drinks or every single product, but the milk toast and ube buns were perfection. Minus one star for product availability but comes with the nature of being a bakery I suppose. Nonetheless would recommend and will be coming back for more ube baked goodness.

I thought it was a good mix, the matcha was good and it definitely is on the sweeter side. I tried the cookie butter matcha which was ok, the mango sticky rice was definitely better. The girls inside were super friendly and we got our drinks in a good amount of time. There's not a ton of seating but there is a lot of two seater tables and a bar! It's decorated so cute and there are also single stall bathrooms!
