As I got it for to-go to be consumed the next day, intentionally got it without milk as I added the milk myself at home. Lovin' how both the wintermelon and oolong tea flavors stood out strong. The pudding is great, the coffee jelly is great, and the boba texture is exactly how I like it. I almost never get boba on back-to-back days, but we've done it for TP Tea because it's that good. The staff is always chill, drinks come out fast, and everything has been consistently solid. Definitely one of those places where it's hard to go wrong no matter what you order.

Ordered the phoenix oolong milk tea and it was very floral and fragrant. I think I ordered with slightly less sugar (don't remember the %) and it was just the right amount of sweetness for me! Service is standard. Interior is clean and modern, great for chatting and hanging out with friends. I also noticed they have wifi available, so it's possible to study here (I didn't notice too many outlets or seating though). Will come back for their other teas.

The interior is modern with two tables fit for 2-5 people and a bench for waiting. They have a self-order kiosk but you can order with a person too. The grapefruit tea was refreshing and had great flavor without being too sweet or bitter. I got 25% sweetness which was perfect. Aloe was an additional 75 cents. The music was good. The drink had actual chunks of fruit too. The bad: I ordered wintermelon tea but they ran out. I also wanted to use the rest room but it was out of order. There's no outdoor seating. The interesting: The cup has a paper seal but also a plastic lid on top. Suggested tip auto starts at 22%. They have tea leaves out on display so you can see that they brew tea themselves rather than use a powder. They have a red bean frappe as a seasonal flavor (are red beans a summer thing?).

This time around, we got a black milk tea with regular boba, ovaltine milk tea with macchiato cream and regular boba, brown sugar ovaltine with mini boba, and jasmine green milk tea with mini boba. All had perfect sweetness even at 70% sweet. I also friendly get their roasted oolong milk tea and earl grey milk teas because they're so good! Also, they have pictures of some of their drinks too but I was unsure what I wanted and the barista was super friendly and helpful. We talked about some of my favorite drinks and she helped me pick the marble drip with a banana foam, with espresso instead of Vietnamese coffee. It was delicious and flavorful! They hit the mark with the banana flavor too! They also have seating inside and the employees were very nice about making us feel welcomed and not rush to leave at all. Great cafe! Great workers! We ordered their signature tofu pudding, which was supposed to come with taro paste and taro balls. Those toppings were actually one of the main reasons we chose this dessert. At first, I thought they might be hidden underneath the tofu, but to our surprise, we were served plain tofu pudding with none of the toppings. I went to the counter to ask about the missing items. Yes we got the missing items, but there wasn't even an apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I'm not expecting exceptional customer service every time. However, I do think getting the order right, or at least acknowledging the mistake and apologizing when something is missing, is a reasonable expectation. They messed up their "Signature" item!!! Hopefully, the team can pay a little more attention to order accuracy and how they handle these situations. It would have made a difference in our experience.
