Drove there today for early dinner. They made me Mexican eggs with beans, rice, with onions and peppers. Delicious. Best i have tried in 5 counties. My wife loves their cheese cake with strawberries and whipped cream. We eat here at-least 1 time each week. Their food is so good. read more

First time there didn't know what to expect because it was attached to a mobil gas station (wall dividing it). The food is so freaking good! I get gased up and fueled up and I'm not even going to the mobil station! I love this place. The waitress and waiters are amazing and they love what they do. Epic wall mural too. A small and hidden gem of dousman/ocon area, cozy clean atmosphere with incredibly quick and friendly service. It might be a bit cheesy, but it's just nice to be called 'amigo' sometimes. A typical American breakfast menu done correctly with the added bonus of some very good Mexican twists, lunch and dinner are really good American and Mexican items that all have very good quality and generous portions. Being from Texas I was expecting to be disappointed with the "Mexican" food. I definitely was not. I had the Huevos Ranchers and they were delicious and have a slight kick, not overwhelming. The staff is very friendly an I definitely will come here when I come back to WI. read more

If this place is 4.5 stars, there's something wrong with the rating system. Maybe the Mexican food and the breakfast might be good, the burgers we had were awful. Dry, overcooked, bland taste, unappealing presentation, definitely not freshly made. A 4.5 star rated restaurant should be excellent across the entire menu, our burgers were a big disappointment. read more

When we arrived and realized the restaurant was attached to a gas station, I told my husband we should go elsewhere. He convinced me to give it a try. We were both pleased with the food and service including huevos rancheros and machacado. We were served chips and salsa upon request and the hot sauce was great. Passing through Wisconsin and thought this place had good ratings making it worth checking out. The salsa was watery and more tomatoey than spicy. As a matter of fact most things were watery: the beans, the fries, the salsa. I got the tostadas and the avocado was closer to grey black than green. Overall the food was very bland. The waiter tried to convince me the chicken dumpling soup didn't have meat in it .... But the food was served fast and was reasonably priced. read more

Delicious authentic Mexican. Quick service. The also have breakfast (thus the name). We had several dishes with Mole sauce and that were very good. It is a very simple place and is even attached to a gas station, but don't let that fool you... The food is great! This is kind of a hidden gem for Dousman. read more

I love love this small place! Its my favorite place to go for breakfast after a run in the Kettle Moraine or coming back from a fishing trip. The service is always fantastic. The meals are very tasty and you are treated like family. The only down side is the establishment is little old and should have some renovation. read more

I've been here a few times and I have to say. I dont know how the hell this place stays in business. Everything that I've ever had has been pretty gross. Really the only thing they have going is they're relatively decent prices and the fact that it "technically" qualifies as food. Everything looks kinda repulsive and doesn't taste much better. I've been there at a few different times in the day, so you can't blame it on the "wrong cook" either. If you're in the area and hungry, I much recommend taking the extra few minutes over to Deb's Main Street Diner. read more

A Mexican restaurant connected to a gas station ... Not weird when you consider its in small town USA. This place has been a family staple for years . The staff consists of some of the friendliest people you will ever meet . They are consistently good and on top of everything . I've never gotton anything bad from here . They home make their chips every morning ! They are home to two of my favorite food items , Salsa and a ham breakfast croissant. My sister is a big fan of the chicken breakfast plate and my dad loves the breakfast burrito . If your ever on your way to madison or heading from madison to Milwaukee , take a stop off 67 and find this hidden gem. Great food for a even better price , you can't go wrong :) read more
