They took so long to get back to me and when I called they let me know that my insurance denied my claim. I had to do all the work, and then they told me I had to pay out of pocket for the orthotics. Very expensive! So I canceled the order and I'm going to another clinic that actually cares about me and is willing to explain and be proactive about a call back. If I wouldn't have called, they would have not called me back and I would have waisted my time going into a follow up appointment just to let me know that I had been denied. I'm obviously still frustrated with the whole matter. I'm glad to not go there ever again.

Even though we determined that he could not provide the device that I am seeking, he educated me about my current AFO; the alternatives for what I'm seeking and removed my frustration that I had. Unfortunately, he is not accessible to me through my HMO, but based on our interaction regarding what I'm seeking, I would recommend Kolman. Little did I realize the impact this helpful hand would make me the hard working man I am today at 37 years old. I never forgot this and had to reach out to him and leave this review. I am now a computer software programmer for two Aerospace companies in brea, California. Words can't express my gratitude. Current 2023-(My father in-law) went to Alex in need of a prosthetic leg recently, he has mentioned to me the great service he has received from the knowledge and care he was provided and how satisfied he is. Rick and his team work hard to make a good fit for your prosthesis and they have a personal touch where you really feel like they know you!!
