I am so grateful that he did. Maria, Marsden's store associate, she gave excellent service and went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. I purchased a pair of shoes and sandals. Maria first looked over the doctor's notes and recommendations, then she measured my feet and then she showed me the different types of shoes, brands and styles available for me to choose from. At the time I was still dealing with the plantar faciaiitis flare up pain in the heel of my right foot and Maria handled my shoe fitting with extra care. She was very knowledgeable of the different types of shoes, inserts and inventory. She kindly explained to me the shoe structures, sizing, inserts and other preventative care suggestions. As soon as I tried on the correct shoes and scandals, I instantly felt a huge difference in my feet - the pain almost became non-existent!!! Anyway, since the procedure in November, he has had swelling in the affected knee. His physical therapist recommended that he ask for full compression stockings for night and day. We came and met with Aaron who was so very kind, attentive, and respectful to me and my husband. He measured my husband and ordered the full compression stockings. Today, we picked up the full compression stockings and Aaron spent a great deal of time explaining how to use the night and day ones. He even allowed me to videotape him so my husband could go back to the review the videos, if needed. He showed my husband how to use the more difficult day time stockings on one leg and had my husband do the other leg. Aaron explained so well that my husband was quickly up to speed. When my husband needs replacement full compression stockings, we will definitely come back.
