We were greeted by Brie Trenier, she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. After a thorough presentation and fitting. I ended purchasing the tree step arch support as the pain went away while trying the three step system. Thank you Brie for making my day painless.

During the appointment, the salesperson was very friendly and spent a considerable amount of time measuring my feet and explaining how these products would improve my condition. Based on that presentation, I purchased: Classic Arch Support - $449.99 Deluxe Leather Support - $489.99 Two Super Athletic Antimicrobial Inserts - $49.98 Two Arch Activators - $39.98 Lock Laces - $9.99 Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 shoes - $130.00 After wearing these products for two years, I can honestly say they did not provide the benefits I was led to expect. Looking back, I feel the fitting process gave the impression that the supports were custom-made or uniquely tailored to my feet. However, I later realized these appear to be standard, mass-produced arch supports rather than truly customized medical devices. Similar over-the-counter arch supports are available online for a fraction of the price. I want to be clear that my complaint is not about the salesperson. She was courteous, patient, and professional throughout the appointment. My disappointment is with the company's marketing and pricing. I feel I paid a premium for products that did not deliver results that justified the cost. If you're considering purchasing from The Good Feet Store, I encourage you to research all of your options first, including much less expensive over-the-counter arch supports. I wish I had done more comparison shopping before spending nearly $1,300. Unfortunately, I feel this was a very expensive lesson, and I would not make the same purchase again.

She and her team took great care of me every time I went in. Thanks to her, I have normal looking toes again! Soo happy to finally wear sandals again and not be embarrassed to go to the nail shop. My insurance company, UCLA Medicare Advantage Prestige Program identified Dr. Michael Avakian as…read morethe appropriate podiatrist to treat my feet (multiple broken toes) because I have bone cancer. He has stellar reviews. And I immediately understood why: he came himself to let me in the side gate next to the handicapped spot. He was surprised to see me with only one shoe. I explained that the pain was so severe that I could not get a shoe on my left foot and was wearing a Bomba sock instead. But from the moment I encountered the staff my " appointment " for which I had waited THREE WEEKS was a travesty. They had no record of my appointment (which had been made directly by my insurance company) nor could they find the materials I had texted to the office at their instruction 3 weeks earlier. It turns out, after a very unpleasant exchange that I had " texted " to their email address. They did, in fact, have it. Calls were made to the Medical group at UCLA (not the people who could help me) and finally I myself called the line reserved for Prestige plan patients (we pay a modest fee to the medical group to have help navigating the complex health system). Without reviewing my extensive records the representative (Brittany) could not help me immediately. I asked for a supervisor (Patricia) who for obvious reasons was apologetic but also unable to help. Since the staff had treated me like a criminal in the office--no appointment, no insurance, no right to be there (could it have been that they assumed only a homeless person would walk around with one shoe and one sock) I decided to leave and call my insurance company from home. Dr. Avakian, who had heard the entire saga from his office, followed me out to the street to apologize. He seems like a kind and competent man. But his staff is rude and careless. At home I was able to reach my regular navigator, Andrea, but my appointment in Westwood is not until January 2! By then my ties will either have healed or dropped off. This is the fault of modern healthcare not Dr. Avakian. His staff is a serious obstacle to getting appropriate treatment, but I am confident that if you can tolerate their rudeness your reward will be a capable and thoughtful podiatrist.

I was on crutches, so she brought everything over to me, and she asked me to flag her down to pick everything up so I didn't have to struggle with my crutches. I have many medical appointments this last month, and she was the first one who made this very considerate and thoughtful offer. Abram and Alexis helped me with my X-rays. They were both very patient and kind. They made sure to help and support me. They were friendly throughout the process even when I stepped on a button that accidentally moved the bed. They were both very kind. Abigail checked me out. She was very patient in finding appointments that would work for me both as a follow up with Dr. Gipsman and for a first appointment for a second specialist in their office. She was smiling, friendly, professional, and kind. I met with Dr. Aaron M Gipsman to go over the results of the tests for my knee. He had excellent bedside manner. He answered all of mine and my husband's questions. He explained everything to our understanding and satisfaction. He explained everything he was doing during the exam and explained any findings afterward while consistently checking in with me to make sure I was fine. I was so pleased with this visit and team, that I came straight home to write this review. If you need an orthopedic surgeon for your knee, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gipsman and his team.

They always seem so unhappy, and most of my experiences here have been unpleasant. I've been bringing my mother to appointments here for the past three years, and not once have we been greeted warmly by the front desk staff. Not to mention the side desk staff members, who are loud and obnoxious and seem to have no regard for office etiquette. Honey, if you're going to be that annoying, then lose some weight instead of looking like fucking a pig. Don't get me started on Patrick Star and her bad lip job. You look like a blow-up doll. On one occasion, an older staff member with bright red hair was rude and raised her voice at me when I was simply asking a question. How about you stop dressing like a child and actually do your job? The overall atmosphere feels unwelcoming, and many of the employees act as though they don't want to be there. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. Overall I'm glad that my mother treatment is done. Im never coming here again. Word of advice don't waste your time on sending your complaints to the administration emailed. If you want your voice to be heard; I recommend talking to doctors directly Dr. Billings or Dr. Shirazi
