I am so grateful that he did. Maria, Marsden's store associate, she gave excellent service and went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. I purchased a pair of shoes and sandals. Maria first looked over the doctor's notes and recommendations, then she measured my feet and then she showed me the different types of shoes, brands and styles available for me to choose from. At the time I was still dealing with the plantar faciaiitis flare up pain in the heel of my right foot and Maria handled my shoe fitting with extra care. She was very knowledgeable of the different types of shoes, inserts and inventory. She kindly explained to me the shoe structures, sizing, inserts and other preventative care suggestions. As soon as I tried on the correct shoes and scandals, I instantly felt a huge difference in my feet - the pain almost became non-existent!!! He walked me through two surgical options: being admitted to the hospital or having the procedure done right in his well equipped office under local anesthesia. I chose the office procedure, and I'm so glad I did! During our consultation, I asked if I could film some of the surgery. Dr. Fishman immediately gave me the OK, making sure I was comfortable watching it. The procedure itself went incredibly well. I was so impressed that he has an X-ray machine right in the room to precisely locate where the incision and bone cutting need to happen. The entire operating room and all of the equipment were absolutely pristine and sterile. It has been about 6 weeks since the procedure, and my toes are completely straight again. I still have many weeks for the bones to completely heal, but the pain is entirely gone, and I have an incredible video to remember the experience by! Yeah, this is a satellite of a larger medical corporation that really wants my money and is the most inconvenient operation I've run into. No thank you.

It is my opinion that this store is not a good place to enter. I suggest everyone be very aware of their sales tactics and what happened to me. Last month I had a bad ingrown toenail (bad!) I could not walk around without limping and couldn't…read moreget much done, much less enjoy life due to the overwhelming throbbing pain that came with it. I took matters into my own hands and tried cutting the nail myself on multiple occasions (which I thought I had done, but apparently didn't). My big toe had become so swollen that I could not see the side of my nail at all, so I realized it was time to get help. I don't have the best insurance so when I tried seeing a foot doctor, I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment despite the urgent matter. So I called around for podiatrists in the area and was willing to pay cash. I came across many facilities which would take care of me in the next 5 days for $400. I was in a lot of pain and didn't want to wait that long, so I kept searching and came across Doctor Tseng's office on yelp. When I called, I told the receptionist lady of my concerns, and she asked me if I had a lot of pain. I said most definitely, she then said "okay lets get you in today". I set up an appointment and asked about the price. She told me the pricing for the procedure (which was much, much lower than the other places I called) and she also got me in that same day! Fast forward to my visit at Dr. Tseng's office.... It was a relaxing environment with a friendly vibe. I waited maybe 30-45 minutes and that did not bother me in the slightest. I was grateful they were able to squeeze me in same day. When Dr. Tseng arrived, he was super respectful. Like above and beyond respectful and showed genuine concern for my well-being and health. He answered all of my questions in a professional manner and made me feel welcomed. The procedure of removing the ingrown toenail isn't the most fun but he made sure I did not feel anything after injecting the lidocaine. I've had this procedure done twice before and this was by far the most comfortable I have been. The entire procedure lasted maybe 10 minutes or so and literally the next morning I was able to walk pain free. If I ever have a friend or loved with any foot issues I will definitely be sending them here. After all, he treated me like family. Thank you to you and your staff, doctor.
