I came to this particular office in Whittier and they gave me nothing but excellent services!!!!

They don't deserve any stars. I had to mark one in order to post. Initial consultation and casting for braces with Mr. De Leon was professional and he seemed to care about his patients. That was not the case after that day. After a month of waiting to hear about finished braces, I called to check on the status, only to be told two different excuses. First that they were still not ordered because they were waiting to hear from my doctor to send a medical report. I reminded them that I hand walked the doctors orders and that they had confirmed on that day that they received the same order by fax. The second excuse was that they didn't know why they weren't ready and they would call me back. Every time I called, I requested to speak to Mr. De Leon. Of course, he was never available, nor did he return my calls. That office seems to be disorganized and didn't seem to know what they are doing. They also need to get someone that can be understood answering their phone and reception. I ended up calling my medical insurance company and ended up going to another company. read more

Avoid at all cost. Polio patient needed 2 leg braces and never received. For months we called for status and was told still at the warehouse. I would have given this place zero stars if I could. I paid to have my orthotic made for me because they wouldn't start making it until they had their money and I wanted it in time for my vacation. The company turned around and also charged my insurance company and was paid full price again for my orthotic. When I tried telling them that they owed me my money back (almost $400) everyone I spoke to said "that is not my job." When I asked to speak to the manager he/she refused my call. I tried this on numerous occasions and no one would speak to me. My insurance company Blue Shield tried speaking with them and they got the same results, nothing. This company obviously is conducting fraudulent activity by receiving full payment for their product twice and pocketing my money. I now have had to resort to submitting my claim to the Better Business Bureau and to Consumer Affairs to try and get some help getting my money reimbursed back to me. I plan on reporting this company also to MediCal and Medicare. I will take this company to small claims court if need be. I feel at this point it is the principle of the matter. Please support me by not doing business with this company. Who knows what other types of shady business they are doing to the consumers. read more

STAY AWAY!!!!! Went in may 2nd 2021! They said 6-8 weeks to get two order of shoes with inserts. It's September 9 still no shoes or inserts. Worst part is that they charge you and never get back to you about when they will arrive! Stay away from this place!!! Receptionist will say there's nothing they can do, how about start with let me find out when we will actually get the inserts and not lie it's out of their control to figure out a date. read more

I ordered my mastectomy bra in November 2022, I went there in October 2022, they have me paid the copayment in November 2022, but until now more than 3 months, I still not yet received my supplies. I called more than 10 times, the answers are "we will call you, when we receive". They do not know what is going on with my orders. I really don't know how they are running their business. Dr. Deleon is fantastic, the way he is able to determine what my daughter needs based on him just watching her walk in her AFO's is amazing. I see the two other reviews are based nothing on his skill as an Orthotist. He is not only phenomenal at what he does, he is fantastic with kids! His work ethic is above none. Not only is he kind but his demeanor makes you feel like part of his family. Regardless the distance we will continue driving from Santa Clarita just to see him! read more

Wow! Very very rude receptionist (orange hair). I mistakenly left my insurance card at home. I had my authorization form and the phone number to my insurance company which she would not take from me. My authorization was for a cam walker. The receptionist said I could have a "consultation" but I would not get my boot without a copy of my card! My sole purpose for being here! Now the receptionist is suddenly speaking Spanish to her co-worker assuming I dont understand what they're saying. I would NEVER come back here and I wouldn't recommend for anyone else!!! Dr. Deleon was great to work with. He is the best thing about the office. However- the office is very dirty and cluttered. The staff is very slow and the manner in which the medical bills are processed is abnormally slow. The snail's pace which their billing department took to even begin to process my invoice (45 days) held up my deductible and other medical bills. The manner in which I was treated was very rude.
