I scheduled an appointment for my grandmother's foot care and was made to wait two weeks, only for them to cancel at the last minute because the doctor was "unavailable." A week later, they called again not to fix their mistake, but to cancel completely and say there were no appointments available at all. This is grossly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when dealing with elderly patients who need timely care. Because of their incompetence, I am now forced to find another provider while my grandmother's condition continues to worsen. This office has made it very clear that they do not value patients' time, health, or well-being particularly the elderly.
