***Update 4/15/26…read more Ok, I think it's very important for other people to know about this establishment. So, after months of appointments & Dr. being great with me, his assistant started canceling & rescheduling my appointments in February. I originally had an appointment pn 2/26/26 @11am & when I showed up, she asked me "didn't I call you this morning to reschedule, cause the Dr. had an emergency?" I told her no, so she told me that he was seeing his patients slowly. So I told her just rescheduled me then. About two weeks passed, when she decided to call me on 3/11/26 & leave a message & schedule me without asking if I was available. I called back & rescheduled for the following week. His assistant calls me the day before my appointment 3/17/26 & told me that the Dr. had another "emergency." I told her I really needed to see him, cause I was having severe pain. So, she scheduled me (once again) for the following week 3/25/26. She calls me again the day before 3/24 & told me the Dr had another "emergency" & I asked her if she was joking with me?!! I told her this was unacceptable & that my health is very important to me. She was being hostile & Ieven told me that I can go to another Dr. & I asked her if that's the way she treats her patients?! So I told her that I would speak to the Dr personally & let him know what's going on & she told me she would let the Dr. know. So on 4/3/26, I sent Dr. Hassan an email & explained to him what had happened. I have not to this date gotten a reply from him or a phone call for a new appointment. I am permanent disabled & have seen numerous doctors throughout the years & I have never experienced this unprofessional & disrespectful situation. I am very disappointed with this establishment!!
