CORE has it all. Was going to a different place for PT and was at a plateau. Switched to CORE and I've been improving.

I've tried various PTs through my insurance, but this is the first time I invested in PT out of…read morepocket, and it was absolutely worth it. I felt like my body was twisted and unbalanced, but the PTs covered by my insurance weren't able to help me until the issue I had been expressing eventually led to a severe injury where I couldn't walk for about five days. The PTs would give me exercises that I could have easily found through ChatGPT or a simple Google search, and then send me to an aide. When I had questions, the aides often didn't know the answers. They gave me A LOT of at home exercises, almost a quantity over quality, hoping one works. Then I found Dr. Gary! He is very different from a typical PT. He listens carefully to all of my issues (pain and discomfort seemingly everywhere. I'm sure I sound like a hypochondriac ), and then gives me some really odd exercises that I would never have found on my own. Somehow, I always feel better afterward. He goes all the way down to the basics, even teaching me how to breathe to properly engage my core, when to breathe during an exercise, and exactly where I should be feeling each movement. It's not just "here are some exercises, go do them." He makes sure I understand why I'm doing them and what I should be feeling. He also consistently remembers to send me my homework, often with videos. With the other PTs I tried, I had to repeatedly hunt them down to get my exercises, so I ended up having to rely on memory. Dr. Gary also responds to my questions between sessions if I'm unsure about an exercise, which has been incredibly helpful in making sure I'm doing things correctly. What I appreciate most is how much he genuinely cares about learning and thinking critically. I can tell he is constantly processing what he's seeing and what I'm telling him during our sessions and trying to figure out the root cause of what's going on. He tests and retests his hypotheses until my body gives him feedback that he's on the right track. I'm incredibly thankful for Dr. Gary and the care he puts into his work. If you're dealing with something that feels "off" in your body, I truly believe your health is worth the investment. Don't wait until the problem becomes a serious injury like I did because of the limitations of the insurance system. Take the chance! you may be surprised by how much the right PT can help. Dr. Gary is absolutely worth it!

After many years of experience with physical therapy--both as a parent accompanying my son through…read morehis treatment and as someone who has seen firsthand the difference between average care and truly exceptional care--I can say without hesitation that this physical therapist is extraordinary. My son has dealt with significant orthopedic issues and chronic pain for many years. Beginning as a highly competitive young athlete, he has undergone multiple surgeries and an enormous amount of physical therapy. I honestly could not begin to count the number of appointments he has had over the years--certainly hundreds. We have seen physical therapists in numerous practices and have experienced virtually every type of approach imaginable. Nothing we have encountered compares to the care he is receiving here. What immediately distinguishes this therapist is the way he listens. He takes the time to understand the patient, asks thoughtful questions, and genuinely evaluates what is happening rather than simply treating the area where the pain happens to be. His understanding that the body functions as an interconnected system--not as a collection of isolated body parts--is evident in everything he does. Most importantly, the treatment is individualized. There are no generic exercises or one-size-fits-all protocols simply handed to the patient. He evaluates, observes, communicates, adjusts, and explains. He pays attention to subtle things that other practitioners have overlooked, and he treats the person rather than just the diagnosis. For someone who has spent years going from doctor to doctor and physical therapist to physical therapist, being truly heard and understood is enormously important. My son has responded to this approach in a way I have rarely seen throughout all of his years of treatment. This is a small practice, and I sincerely hope it grows, because exceptional practitioners like this deserve to be known. Anyone fortunate enough to get an appointment should consider themselves very lucky. The combination of knowledge, clinical reasoning, communication, compassion, and individualized attention is remarkably rare. I have spent years watching my son navigate physical therapy, surgeries, rehabilitation, and chronic pain. That experience has given me a very high standard for what I consider excellent care. This therapist has exceeded it. I only wish my mother, who has Parkinson's disease, had been able to see someone like him earlier in her journey. That is perhaps the strongest endorsement I can give: when you encounter someone who is this exceptional, you find yourself wishing everyone you love could have access to the same level of care. If you are able to get an appointment, I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend him.

I soon found out that he was 100% right! Since I started seeing Jason several months ago I've noticed a HUGE improvement. I've seen MANY chiropractors over the years and had grown accustomed to 90 second visits where the doctor doesn't seem to invest much time or effort. However, Jason is the complete opposite! He takes time to analyze your movement patterns, identify the true root cause of your issue, ART, massage gun therapy, and multiple adjustments. Time flies by considering he is super outgoing and easy to talk to. I also need to mention that I am now incredibly tempted to get a Doberman because his dog Ruby is the sweetest girl! If you live or work even remotely close to the area do yourself a favor and check this spot out!

The office is so sleek and modern--I couldn't stop gazing at the beautiful interior. Whoever designed it deserves multiple gold stars! (lol) Although the initial price for the intake appointment is a little higher than at other offices, Dr. Gan was very thorough in explaining the type of care I could expect. Despite also working in the medical field, I still get a case of white-coat nerves around new doctors. Dr. Gan--and most importantly, Ruby (the office mascot )--were great at easing and calming those nerves. My body has been through a lot over the years, and I have to say that the few appointments I've had have done wonders for my daily aches and pains. Here, you can tell they don't provide subpar treatment just to ensure repeat visits; they genuinely want their patients to get better and return to full capacity. Dr. Gan even provided me with exercises to help address potential problem areas in the future. If you're still on the fence about visiting this office, cast your worries aside--you'll be fully taken care of. (:

When I was checking in my sister two employees saw me but after I had walked back in and sat down in the lobby they were weirdly staring at me for little bit and finally asked if I "had an appointment" or if I was "a patient" after I stared back and made eye contact with the receptionist for a while. I felt unwelcomed when they had clearly saw me dropping off my sister and when other individuals walked in, some who did not sign-in as well, sat down and were not questioned by staff. Maybe instead of staring come and address the question or problem you have with me instead of making me feel uncomfortable and as if I was doing wrong. Unsure if this was racially motivated but it was very unsettling! Hope this can be addressed through some training of some sorts (:!
