Many of their prosthetists also have missing limbs as well so they have first hand experience with the difficulties that amputees can face. The office is a bit of a drive for me but well worth it!! They took so long to get back to me and when I called they let me know that my insurance denied my claim. I had to do all the work, and then they told me I had to pay out of pocket for the orthotics. Very expensive! So I canceled the order and I'm going to another clinic that actually cares about me and is willing to explain and be proactive about a call back. If I wouldn't have called, they would have not called me back and I would have waisted my time going into a follow up appointment just to let me know that I had been denied. I'm obviously still frustrated with the whole matter. I'm glad to not go there ever again.

Even though we determined that he could not provide the device that I am seeking, he educated me about my current AFO; the alternatives for what I'm seeking and removed my frustration that I had. Unfortunately, he is not accessible to me through my HMO, but based on our interaction regarding what I'm seeking, I would recommend Kolman. I am now a computer software programmer for two Aerospace companies in brea, California. Words can't express my gratitude. Current 2023-(My father in-law) went to Alex in need of a prosthetic leg recently, he has mentioned to me the great service he has received from the knowledge and care he was provided and how satisfied he is. I use a walker, and they prop open the door for me to get in. I have a brain injury, so my dates for appointments get mixed up in my head. The front desk let me know that I did come in on the wrong day, but went out of their way and asked the person would be able to see me. They made time just so that I would be able to receive, my much needed knee braces, that they remeasured, from the other fountain orthotics mistake. I was fitted and adjustments were made to have the braces fit me comfortably. I was pleased with the relief from the pain pressure was causing. Again, I started to the front desk to sign a few papers. Once that was completed, I walked straight out the door. As I turned back I noticed the door was once again opened so I didn't have to try juggling my walker and opening the door myself.

I have a need for physical medical equipment and the office manager, Sabrina, would rather socialize with her office mates than get work done. The specialist is probably the only reason worth going because they are kind and efficient. Thoroughly disappointed with the service I have received for over the past two years since I will need to wear the leg braces for the rest of my life. They are even retaliatory. If you make a special request or need an urgent appointment, they will make you longer. So much, so that they will outright lie. Stated that they sent my specialist fax requesting additional information. I followed up with my specialist who is always reliable and prompt. They never sent it.

First, they were kind enough to schedule my son on the same day which meant the worlds to him. As you enter the establishment it is very welcoming. The staff was very professional and friendly. We didn't have to wait to be seen. Nathan, Orthotist was friendly, professional and very thorough when answering my many questions. If that wasn't enough , Nathan went out of his way to fix my sons brace at no additional cost even though they were about to close. Now in days, no one does anything for free therefore I am truly grateful. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.
