Luckily, my score was 0 (perfect) five years ago, and it was time for a recheck. This time, I was referred to Imaging Partners in Orange. I called to schedule an appointment and Elyssa was so friendly and helpful. They had a cancellation and were able to book me only two days out. She took all of my prerequisite information quickly and sent me a link to complete some paperwork online ahead of time. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and was impressed by their very modern and clean facility. Check-in was a breeze since I completed the forms online ahead of time. I only waited about five minutes and was called back. My tech Khan was very friendly and made everything a breeze. I laid on the bed feet first and he put a few heart electrodes on my chest. The bed raises and slides you into the center of the CT machine. It was not claustrophobic at all, and the CT machine spinning made very little noise. An automated voice instructs you to hold your breath twice for about five seconds, and then again twice for about 15 seconds as the bed slowly moves back and forth through the ring taking images. The process only took about five minutes, and I was in and out of the office in about fifteen minutes. I took the test on a Friday afternoon and the results will be sent to my doctor and posted in their online portal for me to view on Monday. Insurance usually doesn't cover this test, and the cash price was only $200. I had a great experience here, and will look forward to coming back in five years.

Gabriel was amazing -- very friendly, funny, and extremely professional at the same time. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the appointment, which I really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about patients and enjoys his job. Josh was also very kind, respectful, and helpful, and together they made the experience much easier and less stressful. I initially left a 1 star review due to a billing issue with insurance. My daughter was not told…read moreabout a $100 copay until after she was seen. We have amazing insurance and typically pay a zero copay for all in-network visits aside from ER visits. After she was charged I called our insurance and found out that urgent cares can bill under different codes some of which make them fall under the ER visit category. My issue wasn't the fact they bill in that way it was that she wasn't told until after she had been seen and we didn't have the option to seek other care that would be covered for her non emergency issue. The doctor himself called me to discuss the issue and apologized for how it was handled. He adjusted the charge and refunded my daughter the copay. We did not ask for a refund or expect one because we weren't disputing his services. He was very kind, authentic and did not dismiss my concerns. I truly appreciate and am impressed with how he handled the situation. It is clear he cares more about his patients and practice then he does profit and truly strives to do the right thing. He could give a masterclass in customer service.

She was one of the nicest front desk person we've met so far and everything went smoothly. The machines here are the newer ones so you don't have to remove your clothing or shoes to get an MRI. The technician was also very nice and everything was done faster than I thought it would take. We were supposed to go to another place but after reading the reviews of that place, we're very glad to have chosen this place over that one even thought his one is further distance.
