We ordered a wheelchair for my…read moremother and when I received a call to confirm the order and delivery i clearly stated that it was for a tiny frail 83yr old woman so the chair needed to be the smallest however when the chair wad delivered on Friday it was not the smallest according to the driver Randall, i was told to call on Monday which i did gave patient name and was told to leave my number i would get a callback which i never did. I called Wednesday and explained that i had left a message Monday and wanted to know why i had not received a callback and was verbally attacked on the phone saying "who did you speak with whats the persons name etc etc..I immediately became angy and got into a verbal altercation with this woman and said some things i should not have said however she was so so rude and unprofessional it caught me off guard and i reacted!!! She yelled at me and proceded to call me names!!!! I said just come get your wheelchair!!!!!! I will be reporting this business to the BBB and Medicare immediately. I could not locate a corporate office to voice my complaint so I will take my complaint to another level.
