The first experience was with America's Best…read more I ordered two pairs of glasses. When I ordered the first pair, I was given a specific pickup date in writing. That day came, and the glasses were not ready. I also never received the call I was supposedly going to get the day before. I had to call myself to find out what was going on. I was told they would arrive on Monday. I called again on Monday, and they still had not arrived. I had to call again the following week, and I ultimately ended up waiting about a month and a half for my glasses. What makes this even more frustrating is that, after that experience, I decided to order a second pair. To this day, I still have not received them. What really stood out to me was that my partner ordered his glasses there after I ordered my second pair. He received text messages and a phone call letting him know his glasses were ready, and today he was able to pick them up. I went with him today and took the opportunity to express my frustration. What I expected was simply an apology and a clear explanation, but once again, I received more excuses than accountability. ‍
